As a wedding photographer I've had the absolute pleasure of working with Jaime Ta Creative and I can say hands down that she is one of the absolute best wedding planners in Oregon. She is thoughtful, creative, welcoming, she really cares about her couples and it shows through in her fabulous work. She's on my preferred vendor list because I know that if it's a Jaime Ta wedding that it's going to be smooth sailing for everyone.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jaime and her team at Annie and Arthur's Scandinavian-Japandi wedding at Nordic Northwest in Oregon. The day itself was stunning—sunny and perfect, which is rare for October in Oregon—but what truly stood out was the exceptional planning and design. Jaime's designs beautifully brought Annie and Arthur's vision to life. Every detail was intentional and cohesive, reflecting the calm elegance of the Scandinavian-Japandi theme. The day felt seamless, and I could tell how much thought and care went into every aspect. From a vendor's perspective (wedding photographer), working with Jaime and her team was a dream. Communication leading up to the wedding was clear and timely, and they fostered an environment that made collaboration easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for a planner with an eye for beautiful design and a team that ensures everything runs smoothly, Jaime is it! I can't recommend them enough.

On the day of the ceremony, Jaime's day-of team blew us away with their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. They made sure we had everything we could possibly need or want, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of our wedding day. Jaime’s exceptional organization and ability to delegate meant we could focus on each other during a day that felt like it passed in the blink of an eye.
