Weddings are my passion. I used to watch reruns after reruns of TLC’s A Wedding Story when I was young and even created little ceremonies and receptions I thought fit the personalities of my younger siblings. I used to call it “playing wedding”! Before starting my own business, I landed my first job as a wedding consultant 14 years ago and took so much pride and joy helping people navigate the planning and styling process. Planning a wedding is such an exciting time, but it can also be confusing or stressful for many folks. That’s where I come in. I thrive in this environment. Let me help you bring your dream wedding to life!
I decided to go back to school for wedding planning and floral design before creating my business to reassure my clients that they are in good hands. I am proud to offer my couples floristry and planning services, and even officiant services if needed! That’s right, I’m also an ordained minister. I became a celebrant in 2016 originally to officiate a friend’s wedding and it really liked it. My goal is to build a strong wedding business with other vendors offering multiple services to couples of all budgets in the Pacific Northwest. I believe that couples shouldn’t have to sacrifice their wallets to afford the wedding of their dreams.

Then sit back, relax, and enjoy your engagement and your big day with your special person. Additional services I offer that aren’t listed as options on Zola are: - Dress steaming - Wedding registry creation and tracking - Wedding party gifts - Wedding favors | Full service wedding planning for an elopement or microwedding (30 guests or less). Additional services that Zola doesn’t have as options are: - Dress steaming - Wedding registry creation and tracking - Assistance with obtaining the marriage license for Washington or Oregon for out of town couples | Are you the creative type or have you been planning this day for as long as you can remember, but just need a little bit of assistance from a certified wedding planner? I got you! This package is completely customizable to your needs. I offer all day of coordination services plus 5 additional services of your choice at no additional cost! ($850 is the flat rate). Please note: I also offer dress steaming and wedding registry creation and tracking | You’ve been diy-ing it and rocking it! But now you’re thinking you might need some extra help for the big day. Your wedding should be one of the happiest moments of your life! You deserve to enjoy a stress free day so let me take care of all the wedding management and coordination details for day off. |

Best Decision we Made!
From start to finish Chelsea went above and beyond to help these clueless newlyweds. She was knowledgeable and professional and the sweetest. Our day was perfect due to all her help! Chelsea also did all our flowers and they were better then I could have imagined! Highly Recommend!
AMAZING!
Chelsea and her assistant Kendra were an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our very first conversation, her communication was thorough, thoughtful, and kind. They were consistently hard-working and attentive to every detail, ensuring our special day went as smooth as possible. They were able to set up our entire wedding venue in just a few hours and did so spectacularly. They brought a wealth of experience and creative ideas to the table, while also taking the time to understand our personal vision. The end result was a wedding that exceeded our wildest dreams. We are so grateful to Chelsea and her team for their professionalism and for making our wedding day such a memorable one. I highly recommend Kingwood and Co. for any wedding coordination or planning!

Chelsea was extremely responsive over email and phone, answering our endless questions with patience and care. She offered creative suggestions when we were stuck but never pushed her own aesthetic, instead helping us craft an event that felt uniquely "us." On the big day, everything came together seamlessly thanks to the solid foundation Chelsea helped us build during the planning process.
