Sarah was the reason our day was so special. From the moment we started communicating for the wedding until the end she was an absolute rockstar. It was the perfect mix of proffesional and friend. She was open and inviting checking in on any little thing we needed throughout the night, while making sure the machine kept running like an the absolute boss she is. The moment I walked into the venue she asked me what I needed and got me a Red Bull, she got me an extra entree and even made a hand fan out of paper because I was melting in my dress. My biggest advice to anyone planning a wedding is to hire 413 Events. They will save you time, they will save you money, and they will make your day as easy as possible. From the first day we met them (by lucky chance at the Seattle Wedding Expo!), they impressed us with their ability to answer every question and concern we had (and we had a lot!), making the entire planning process feel supportive and easy. On top of their day-of coordination responsibilities, they also helped us with our vendors -- even going to so far as saving the day by helping us fill a last-minute DJ spot! They were always available to bounce ideas and concerns off of and their attention to detail ended up saving us a ton of money, when they reviewed another vendor's quote. I think in the end, they saved us more money than they cost us. Thanks to their hard work we were able to relax and, more importantly, enjoy our wedding day stress-free. I honestly can’t imagine what our wedding would have looked like without their help. We are endlessly grateful for 413 Events for helping make our wedding day unforgettable!

We hired Krista and the team at Kita events to manage our wedding day with the Gold Key package - it was worth every penny! Krista was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s knowledgeable, organized, and helpful. You can tell she’s seasoned, and it put me at ease. We had a couple situations that needed creative problem solving and she just took care of it, made the calls, and found a solution. She was available and responsive, her proactive communication was so appreciated. The lead-up planning was top-notch. Then her rehearsal and day-of management were even more fantastic. Krista has a warm, calm, and positive energy - exactly what a bride needs on her big weekend. She led the rehearsal so eloquently - our wedding party (who have been in many weddings) was super impressed. On the wedding day she was behind the scenes making everything flow, coordinating with all of the vendors - I didn’t have to lift a finger. The run-of-show was seamless, she was in lock-step with our venue manager, photographer, DJ, and various musicians. And to close, after a long day (we had a New Year’s Eve wedding so it went late!), she and her team broke down and aggregated our rentals, and packed up our personal decor (there was a lot). I cannot recommend Kita Events more, we had a wonderful experience.

We've taken on what we thought was an impossible task: a grand 5-day Indian affair for 430 people with only 3 months to plan. That's where Isabel and her incredible team stepped in, turning our dream into an incredible reality. Organizing a wedding from the Haldi ceremony to the grand reception in just three months is no small feat, yet Isabel did it with such grace and efficiency. Her attention to detail, educating herself on the customs and intricacies of Indian weddings, and her ability to execute everything perfectly left us in awe. The smallest of our ceremonies hosted 70 guests, while the largest celebration welcomed an astonishing 430 people. Remarkably, each event went off without a hitch. On all of the days, thanks to Isabel and her team, we were able to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the joy and love surrounding us. We received countless compliments from our guests on how impeccably organized and smooth everything was. Isabel's expertise in handling every aspect of the wedding, from the tiniest detail (matching drinks to the ceremony's colors) to the most significant arrangements (having only 1.5hrs to setup the ceremony with 700 chairs and a massive mandap), ensured a seamless and memorable experience for us and our families. Her dedication and passion for her work were evident throughout the 3 months we worked together.
