If I really included every way that Island Creek Events went above and beyond to make my day and the whole planning process perfect, this would be a novel. From the beginning, Katharine was attentive, detail oriented, and answered my hundreds of questions with a smile on her face and thorough information. Not only did she keep me on track and keep me sane via email and phone calls, she came to multiple site visits to make sure everyone was on the same page and we all felt comfortable with logistics. Katharine and her team have a magical way of making you feel like your day is the ONLY day on her calendar despite supporting other events, and we truly felt like we got the VIP experience. She was quick to respond whenever there was a concern, she even helped me negotiate some last minute hiccups with our venue that felt too overwhelming to handle on our own. Her level of organization is outstanding, and all of the random thoughts or ideas that I had floating in my brain she jotted down to take all the weight off my shoulders. When it came to the day of the event, she put out more fires that I can count and some I wasn't even aware of. She was the reason that our wedding day was perfect, our guests were happy, and made it an unforgettable night for all. 100/10 recommend Island Creek Events.

The format of their services - with several Zoom calls scheduled throughout the time leading up to the big day helped us feel like we were on track and not missing anything. Being able to talk to a "third party" who knows the industry about all the details and our thoughts was so helpful!! Brooke and Leah were absolute rockstars on the day of the wedding and made sure my husband and I had the best day... we actually got through all of our family photos early (which is crazy because my family is always running late lol). Where do I begin? Maddie and her Team were absolutely phenomenal. We couldn't have picked a more perfect wedding coordinator - she was cool, calm, and collected and always put our needs above her own. I am a super type A person and made a whole decor guide for Maddie and she brought my vision to life. I didn't have to worry about a single thing from set up to breakdown. During the entire night, she always made sure to ask if we needed anything and even played body guard during the reception to make sure we had enough time to eat before everybody rushed up to the sweetheart table to take pictures with us (thank god she did that!). We cannot recommend Maddie and her Team enough. We are sooo thankful for her! Run, do not walk, and book Maddie now if she has availability!

She does a great job making sure everything runs smoothly so you can focus on having a blast. We chose the full planning package and was worth every cent. Even though our wedding got rescheduled, Lissa was on it and made sure all vendors and contracts got transitioned smoothly to the new date. It would have been so overwhelming without her; it would have been a very stressful wedding if she and her team were not there! From the start, they were professional, easy to communicate with, quickly responsive to emails, and eager to get started planning our wedding!! I have shot hundreds of weddings, etc., with many wedding planners. Kathleen was hands-down the best one I have ever worked with. She sent me a very detailed itinerary ahead of time and stuck to it for most of the day. She met me when I arrived and apprised me right away of what was happening and what was coming up. She kept the photographer, DJ and me up to date on what was happening and I was never caught unawares. She was also very helpful in getting us fed! Kathleen was professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner and look forward to working with her again.

That's where Isabel and her incredible team stepped in, turning our dream into an incredible reality. Organizing a wedding from the Haldi ceremony to the grand reception in just three months is no small feat, yet Isabel did it with such grace and efficiency. Her attention to detail, educating herself on the customs and intricacies of Indian weddings, and her ability to execute everything perfectly left us in awe. The smallest of our ceremonies hosted 70 guests, while the largest celebration welcomed an astonishing 430 people. Remarkably, each event went off without a hitch. On all of the days, thanks to Isabel and her team, we were able to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the joy and love surrounding us. Isabel's expertise in handling every aspect of the wedding, from the tiniest detail (matching drinks to the ceremony's colors) to the most significant arrangements (having only 1.5hrs to setup the ceremony with 700 chairs and a massive mandap), ensured a seamless and memorable experience for us and our families. Her dedication and passion for her work were evident throughout the 3 months we worked together.
