My very complicated name originated in Lithuania, where I was born and raised. The decision to become a photographer came to me at the age of 16 when I had to decide what to do after high school. It was the best decision I have made in my life so far! After graduation from Vilnius Art Academy with a Master’s degree in Fine Art Photography, I moved to the US. And little by little began to build my photography business. In 2004 IEVA Photography was born.

I am primarily a family portrait photographer, but I love shooting weddings, so I continue to photograph 3-5 weddings each year. It is so important to me that I truly dedicate all of my attention to every couple I photograph; it's not just about quality over quantity, but about really taking the time to connect with each couple and to care for their special day as I would the wedding of two dear friends.

Georgi's originally from Hong Kong and is a graduate of Parsons School of Design (in Paris and New York). She has been an event, editorial and advertising photographer for 15 years. Her first professional position was managing the studio of an acclaimed Vanity Fair/Vogue/Town & Country socialite and celebrity photographer. She cut her teeth at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party and assisting on exotic, high-profile Vogue shoots. Georgi has captured pivotal moments and expressive faces at parties and events from Rajasthan to Cuernavaca to Aspen.

Coming from a background in fashion, I am trained to notice details. When shooting a wedding dress, for example, I care deeply about the texture of the fabric, the artful sweep, and the arc of the design, the interplay of subtle ivory-like colors. I believe finding and elevating the details allows me to tell a more connected, compelling story in my photographs. Many brides gravitate toward my photos because they are drawn to the honoring of the feminine in my work. Overall, my tone is neither light and airy, nor is it dark and moody. I prefer my images right in the middle with a blend of vibrant color and drama.

I have been shooting NYFW (New York Fashionweek) for a number of. years and have wanted to expand my experience to capture moments for couples getting married. I have shot several weddings and believe I can capture a moment for you.

Joshua is an award-winning photojournalist who shoots mainly for The New York Times and Vogue Magazine. Ali is an award-winning celebrity portrait and documentary photographer whose book Momma Love won two international book awards and was name checked by The New York Times (and many more). Together, they shoot as Alice in Weddingland and have shot celebrity weddings (including for Seth Meyers and Anna Wintour), destination weddings (like a 4 day non-stop party on St. Barth's) and cool Brooklyn and City Hall weddings. As a couple in life and on the job, they work together seamlessly to shoot in varied but complimentary styles.
