    Daria was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding at the Etienne Estate. She was so responsive and helpful throughout the planning process—she even suggested an amazing makeup artist when the original one cancelled on us On the day of, she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Normally, we are a very awkward couple. When we got out photos back, every image felt so true to us. Daria isn’t just a photographer; she’s someone who truly cares about making your day special. We’re so grateful for her talent and kindness. If you want memories you’ll cherish forever, hire Daria!

    We would not recommend Daria. We initially hired her to shoot our upcoming wedding, but communication with her was terrible. We paid our deposit, and tried to schedule our engagement shoot. On average, we would go several weeks between our email to get a response from her. Then she went silent. There was no communication between us. After several unanswered emails, unanswered phone calls and texts and even messages to her instagram (dariaorlovaphoto). She finally responded and said she would get back to us in 48hrs with a date for our engagement shoot. Four weeks later, still no email from her. At this point we were concerned was she even going to show up to our wedding. For all these reasons, we would NOT recommend hiring her for your wedding. Very unreliable.

    Daria Orlova Photography was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the moment we first connected, Daria and Connor were efficient, unflapped, and good-humored in their communication, putting us at ease throughout the entire process. Their work has an Old Hollywood style that is both classic and romantic, perfectly capturing the authentic joy and love of our special day. Daria and Connor truly were MVPs, arriving exactly on time with multiple cameras and a keen eye for finding the best backdrops, posing, and props to make us and our guests look and feel our absolute best. We couldn't be happier with the memories they've helped us preserve from our wedding day. We were blown away by the 48-hour turnaround for the preview photos.     Our wedding at Wave Hill, Bronx, was a total dream, and a massive shoutout goes to Daria for capturing all the magic of our day. Daria's style is like a blend of real-life moments and fashion flair, and our wedding photos could've easily graced any bridal magazine. She or her assistant - Connor, were like flies on the wall! I was impressed that they were always nearby, but blending perfectly with the guests! She was always super professional, always on time, and kept us calm amidst all the wedding chaos. (And we had a very chaotic day, from missing a cake for a cake cut to me (bride) breaking a heel on my shoes) She's got this incredible eye for capturing raw emotions and tiny details that would've otherwise gone unnoticed. Looking at our photos, it's like we're reliving the entire day. During the portrait sessions, Daria worked her magic, giving us tips that made us look and feel like Hollywood stars. We seriously felt like celebrities, and our friends and family can't stop gushing about how amazing we looked. In a nutshell, if you want wedding photos that are fancy yet down-to-earth, Daria from Fall Marigold Photography is the one. She turned our wedding memories into pure magic.
