A private Bridal Ready Room located in a grain bin offers a unique and charming setting for the bridal party to get ready. The Barn provides round tables, chiavari chairs, black or white tablecloths, a bar area, a prep kitchen, and a bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready the day of the event. You choose the vendors you want to use. We set up the tables and chairs for you and put the tablecloths on. We also have Edison bulb lights strung between the 3 beams. We can accommodate 250 at The Barn.

Please contact us on our website or email us directly. We first used our barn for our daughter's wedding because she wanted to have her magical day in the barn and backyard she grew up in. During our wedding, guests kept telling us "what a great idea to use this for a wedding". We had our first Big Barn Venue wedding in 2018 and we continued to book more dates throughout the wedding season. Our barn does not have heating or air so we cannot accommodate much farther outside of the months of June - October. Our brides, grooms, family and friends that have visited the barn for a wedding have truly enjoyed the country scenery we offer and also the amount of space the wedding has to use for a reception and ceremony. Photographers love the fields and they enjoy using almost all of the 200 acres for beautiful photos and videos.

We offer a peaceful, romantic, outdoor setting celebrating the beauty of nature for 15 to approximately 120 guests. We can host your rehearsal, wedding, and reception and provide a place to stay for 11-25 guests using a variety of alternatives. We will plan ahead for inclement weather using tents, even a shelter house across the street. Have your wedding late in the day and sit around a bonfire as the evening draws to a close. If you take steps to test your marriage strength Before You Say I Do, either Warren or Pearl can be your officiant/pastor. We offer a one-stop planning service that includes Zola to simplify your wedding planning, even if you choose another venue. Our indoor venue can host 20+ people. Using tents or our patio we can host 50-120 people. When you are ready, we will open the door to a lasting marriage, as well as, planning for your financial future.

The Barnstone consists of a original 100 year old plus Barn, Summer House and authentic Carriage house that can all be used by your guests for the special event. The Loft on Isanogel is one of the oldest barns in the area, beautifully restored. Built in 1872 and purchased by Deb in 2018, the church is listed on National Historic Register for its ties to Gene Stratton Porter. Gene was a famous author in the early 1900’s and the area of ‘Hopewell’ was used as the locale for the settings for several of her books. The name ‘Rustic Barn at Hopewell’ was selected to pay tribute to historic roots of the Hopewell area.
