About this venue

The Magnolia Estate first started as an idea that we planned out on a napkin, and since has flourished into a beautiful and intimate space. With private dressing rooms for the bridal party, charming gazebos, and heated and air-conditioned reception pavilions, we’ve designed The Magnolia Barn and Rosewood Manor to accommodate all of your needs.

With The Magnolia Barn, you will find an intimate and elegant venue. A venue that can offer a variety of ceremony options set against the backdrop of open green space. A venue where your guests will never be too far from the dance floor or their favorite drink thanks to the spacious enclosed patio and bar, a beautiful BOHO brick wall, an elegant wooden gazebo, and a pergola outdoor ceremony space.

Rosewood manor is the most beautiful venue! It was a perfect location and it was great! Emily was the coordinator we used at the venue and had the set up and tear down option. She went above and beyond for us and made the day so much smoother! The set up and tear down option was the best decision ever and saved us so much stress! Emily became more like a friend throughout the planning process and we are so grateful for her help. She was there to answer all questions, communicate with vendors, and help us with the planning and day of. The management at this venue went above and beyond to accommodate our special circumstances and we are SO thankful for them. We are so happy with Magnolia Estates and Rosewood Manor. We would absolutely recommend this venue and Emily to everyone! We are SO happy and had the BEST day!!! Thank you Rosewood Manor and Emily!!

If you are in the area and looking for a venue that you can have a beautiful ceremony and reception in one location, this is an amazing venue and they also offer decor packages so you don’t have to worry about rentals and cleaning.

• The Magnolia Barn: 200 guests. • Rosewood Manor: 250 guests.

Absolutely! We are an open vendor venue, so you can pick and choose your wedding professionals that fit your vision! The Budget Buster wedding planning tool we include with your booking will assist in your total budget and what vendors fit that budget and your vibe.

If you currently have your wedding booked at The Magnolia Barn or Rosewood Manor, a scheduling link will be emailed to you 60 days before your wedding. The rehearsal runner wedding planning tool will also be sent to you at that time to help organize your ceremony and rehearsal.

Candles must be contained. Use of adhesives, tacks, staples, and screws are prohibited. Don't worry, using Zip Ties, twine and other substitutes work great with the venues! The use of fake flower petals and glitter is prohibited. Cold Sparklers and Cloud dances may only be provided by Magnolia Estate due to safety.

Yes! We have a staff member onsite during your event.

Yes! We are able to provide linens and decor via our Coordination and Decor packages. As well we are able to rent linens a la carte for your event.
