Purchased by James Hale & Louise McClure Steinman in 1927, it was fully renovated and restored in 1930 by architect Frank J. Everts. The venue includes free parking available and a 30 x 30 seasonal tent. Originally erected in 1917 during wartimes, the space has been thoughtfully renovated to preserve the history within its walls. We invite you to come make your mark on history! Our maximum fully seated indoor capacity is 130 guests, and our casual standing reception-style indoor capacity is approximately 150 guests. The use of our outdoor space under the tent increases to approximately 175 guests total standing reception-style (venue + tent).

In 2008 the building underwent a $250,000 renovation to once again update the facility with new carpet, hardwood floors, audio/visual, upgraded kitchen appliances, fresh paint, a new bar, resurfaced parking lot and the creation of an intimate garden in the rear of the building for outdoor intimate affairs. Today, the building currently houses the offices for The Bar Association of Lehigh County and is available to the general public to be rented for special events.
