About this venue

Well Wishes Farm is a barn venue offering 2 full days of use with each rental. The air-conditioned farmhouse, built in 1855, is included and has separate spaces for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready. The barn is not climate controlled, but fans, open doors, and a breeze are utilized in summer months and portable heaters in cooler months. Rental of the venue is a flat fee and includes taxes, use of chairs, 5' round tables, 8' rectangular tables, cocktail tables, whiskey barrels, patio heaters, bars, refrigerators/freezers, and a bronze arch. Well Wishes Farm, endeavors to allow couples to create the custom wedding of their dreams in a non-hurried fashion. We provide the backdrop, and couples achieve their vision with vendors of their own choosing. New for the 2025 season are 2 handicapped-accessible bathrooms that are steps from the barn. Elegant or country? This space has been used to waltz in evening gowns and get down to "The Git Up" in jeans.

This space features finished wood floors, dimmable chandeliers and string lights, and sliding barn doors. Opening the doors gives an outdoor feel to the space and access to the adjacent 16' x 50' stamped concrete patio. ADA bathrooms are mere steps from this space.

Welcoming all "party animals" to a cocktail hour held where the farm animals used to sleep and play.

This space features an open floor plan with polished concrete flooring. String lights provide ample, festive lighting. 4 front doors open to the covered concrete porch. This porch is adjacent to the grassy outdoor ceremony site. This space is ideal for your ceremony if inclement weather and for cocktail hour. It provides shelter from both sun and rain.
