The Barn at Sitton Hill Farm is a wedding venue located in Easley, SC. The Barn is a family-owned and operated business in the countryside just minutes away from downtown Greenville, SC. Set on 99 acres of majestic pastures, forests, hills, and a winding creek, the property allows plenty of options for photographs. The Barn is equipped to graciously host every type of event, from small intimate gatherings, to a large wedding with 250 guests. It is perfect for weddings, anniversaries, family reunions, various parties, church events, fundraisers, charity benefits, and corporate events.

The Villa is a spacious estate home that can be used to celebrate your big day. Its spacious lawn and gardens can host events for groups up to 75 people. Rental of the Villa for an event includes the use of its outdoor spaces, plus numerous photo locations on the 85-acre property. We also include lodging in the five-bedroom Villa for up to 12 people, ceremony and reception furnishings, and day-of services. (We are there to support you through every step of your day!) We also have additional lodgings on the property in our treehouse cabins that can be rented as lodging. We love the opportunity to host family groups who use the whole property. ​The barn has been built from the ground up by Craig Carpenter, his brother Timmy Carpenter and other family and friends. Many of the trees use to build the barn were harvested from their property and were prepared at their saw mill on site. The idea for a wedding venue began was a dream of their daughter, now Zimmerwald's Estate manager Katie Carpenter White. What began as a simple dream and a sketch on a piece of notebook paper, has now become a reality.
