About this venue
Creating the deepest joy for couples, families and guests on our 33 acre historical family farm. Only 12 minutes from downtown Asheville. Welcome up to 175 guests to our captivating mountain views. Half day, full day & weekend packages available with overnight stays in the modern 3 BR/ 3 bath farmhouse + camping options. The perfect setting for your "one of a kind" event. Event spaces are adaptable to a wide variety of styles: elegant to simple and everything in between!

Read This If You’re On The Fence
While Emerald Ridge is an extraordinary venue, it wasn’t the venue that won us over. The owners, Janice & Paul, were the reason we decided we wanted to have our wedding there. Janice was our first point of contact and couldn’t have been more communicative, authentic, personable, and accommodating. They allowed us to take our engagement photos there after touring the property. Paul drove us around on his golf cart and happily answered all of our questions and put us at ease. We hired Malorie as our “month of” wedding coordinator and we’re extremely pleased that we did! She’s clearly an expert when it comes to the property and the wedding planning/execution process. On the day of our wedding she went above and beyond to make us feel as special and comfortable as possible! Mason and Taylor were also extremely accommodating and hard working. The entire staff was incredibly genuine and kind to us and our guests. We highly recommend booking the “No Stress Wedding Weekend” package and adding Thursday night to get the full experience of feeling right at home. Emerald Ridge has a vast inventory of decorations which allowed us to travel lightly from out of town. Emerald Ridge has a focus on keeping their property naturally beautiful and respecting the environment, which we very much appreciated. We truly could not have asked for a better wedding experience! We are grateful from the bottom of our hearts.

Their staff is amazing and works together so well and efficiently. The venue is beautiful! We received great quality for the money we paid for the full weekend package. It was amazing to have housing and the venue for a full weekend. My spouse and I were able to stay on site without the stress of transporting between locations. It was also very nice to have a space to get ready with the bridal party. The venue includes a wedding planner add on and there are not enough nice things that I could say about working with Mallory. She was a life saver and incredibly knowledgeable. Any stressors I brought up she was able to give me multiple options on how to go about relieving that stress. She listened to my spouse and I’s feedback and helped coordinate a perfect wedding weekend.
Our perfect wedding
Emerald Ridge made every part of our weekend so perfect and special. This location and views are absolutely STUNNING. The owners truly cared so much and made our day magical. Their organization and communication are both top notch. We recommend using the coordinator at the venue, Malorie, as she was the true MVP and knows every detail at this venue back to front. We booked the no rush weekend and used the venue for our rehearsal as well. Our dog stayed with us all weekend as well which made us feel right at home. All in all we couldn’t be happier and enjoyed every minute here.
