Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Flat Rock, North Carolina, Highland Lake Inn & Resort offers an inspired setting that is ideal for weddings. Highland Lake offers several venue options as well as various types of lodging. Our 28-acre property is the perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life. Say "I do" next to the calm relaxing lake and then dance the night away with friends and family in the Grand Ole Hall.

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, flatware, glassware, linens, an in-house event manager, one golf cart.
Depending on availability, you are allowed to access our venue spaces starting at 8 AM the day of your event to start setting up. All guests must exit the venue space by 11 PM.
If Highland Lake Inn is provided written notice of cancellation 90 days prior to the event, up to 50% of the Event Contract deposit will become nonrefundable and cannot be applied to future dates. If written notice is given less than 90 days prior to the event, up to 100% of the Event Contract deposit will become nonrefundable and cannot be applied to future dates.
Our venue is located 30 minutes south of Asheville Airport. We are located off of exit 53.
No, our venue is fully insured. However, all outside vendors are required to present their certificate of insurance.
