Biltmore Village Inn

This space features an open air, neutral-hued pergola on permanent foundation surrounded in rich greenery, replete with vast mountain horizons and chic overhead lighting decor.

Here you may hold a private ceremony for you and your beloved or dine with your closest friends and family in the shade of our Victorian, wrap-around porch featuring breezy overhead fans, overflowing ferns and the accompanying trickle of our three-tiered water fountain.

This room was once the billiard room of Samuel Reed, George Vanderbilt’s private attorney. Mr. Reed would invite guests, clients, and George Vanderbilt himself here to play pool, drink whiskey, and discuss the day’s dealings. Located on the ground floor of the main house, the Reed Room is the only guest accommodations with direct access to the beautiful wrap-around porch. A section of the porch is kept private for you, offering gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Swannanoa Valley.

The Biltmore Suite was Samuel Reed’s master bedroom and we have designed the room in his honor. We decorated this room using dark tones and an oversized bed frame to create a warm and lavish atmosphere fitting of Mr. Reed’s elegant and refined personal style. Located on the second floor of the main house, this lushly decorated room offers some of the most beautiful mountain views in the B&B.

We have modeled this bright and decadent room after George Vanderbilt’s bedroom at the Biltmore Estate. With its hand carved four-poster bed, Victorian gas-coal fireplaces, and red and yellow tones, the second story Vanderbilt Room allows you to experience the elegance and grandeur of Biltmore Estate from our very own bed & breakfast.

The Wingate Room is a bright and inviting second floor suite offering plenty of natural sunlight and mountain views. Enjoy the cool mountain breeze during the day and the warmth of the fireplace in the evenings. This room is perfect for snuggling up with your sweetheart for a glass of wine and an old black-and-white movie.

This room was named after the original lady of the house, Kathleen Reed. To honor her legacy, this suite is large, comfortable, and lavishly decorated. This spacious and well-appointed Victorian-style suite features a separate “tower room” with bay windows and plenty of sunlight, the perfect spot to relax with a good book. If you choose the Kathleen suite, you will have the entire third floor to yourself, affording you the utmost privacy and elegance during your stay at the Biltmore Village Inn.

We call this room the Honeymoon Cottage because it is simply the most intimate and romantic place in our B&B. The gem of the Cottage is the heart-shaped tub, perfect for taking a long soak and indulging in some champagne and strawberries with your sweetheart. The cottage includes a beautiful, private rocking chair porch with mountain views. Though it is called the Honeymoon Cottage, you don’t have to be on your honeymoon to enjoy the luxury and romance of this charming room.

The Carolina Cottage offers two elegantly decorated bedrooms, making it a perfect choice for travelers that wish to have their own bed. It includes a king-size bed in one room and a full-size bed in the other. With its lovely private patio, comfortable chairs and attractive wicker furniture, the Carolina Cottage is the perfect place to breath in fresh mountain air and experience the rejuvenating spirit of Asheville.

The Deluxe Cottage is a fully remodeled 100 year old cabin offering more privacy than any of our other guest rooms (located about 200 feet from the main home). This beautifully furnished cottage features everything needed for the perfect Asheville getaway, including your own kitchen & outdoor hot tub! Perfect for a couple looking to enjoy all the amenities of a bed and breakfast, but have their own private cottage to return to at the end of the day.
