I was initially hesitant because I'm super organized and a bit of a control freak, but now I can't imagine how I would have pulled off our 150-person wedding without her. To anyone considering a wedding planner: trust me, there's way more that goes into a wedding than you realize. Having Katie on board meant I didn’t have to stress about logistics, timelines, or the million moving parts that come with a wedding. Instead, I got to focus on the fun stuff—like my cute DIY projects, spending quality time with my bridesmaids, and enjoying my bachelorette party and rehearsal dinner. Katie is an absolute rockstar. One of the best decisions we made in our planning process was working with Mostest for our October wedding in NYC! They were such a huge help from start to finish and made the whole planning process so much easier. OurMonth-of Coordinator was amazing. They took care of everything in those final weeks and kept the day running so smoothly. Any little hiccup that came up, they handled it before we even noticed. We were able to relax and just enjoy the day, knowing everything was in great hands. On top of that, the Planning Concierge team was incredible. They shared tons of free advice throughout the process and even gave us access to their preferred vendor list, which was a lifesaver. We found a few of our smaller vendors—like our cake designer and transportation—through that list, and they were exactly what we needed to tie up all the loose ends. I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. I truly can’t say enough amazing things about Carissa and her team at Positively Charming Weddings. She was the very first vendor I hired for my wedding, a year and a half in advance. Within the first 2 minutes of chatting with Carissa the first time, I knew we were the perfect match. She is incredibly organized, compassionate, an amazing listener, and isn’t afraid to take the lead and make decisions when necessary. She is thoughtful, calm, has a wealth of wedding industry knowledge and was able to provide personalized suggestions based on my preferences at every turn. To be honest, I was originally super nervous and anxious to hire a wedding planner, as I am a very type A person because of my job as a programs and event planner. But Carissa exceeded all expectations and truly was able to allow me to relax and enjoy my wedding weekend without a worry in the world. She was a problem solver every step of the way. For example, she offered to manually fixed my seating chart the day before the wedding and found a print shop willingly to print very specific last minute signage (both things that were my fault that they were delayed/wrong). She kept not only me, but my husband and both families on track leading up to the wedding, provided monthly checklists, was available via phone and email for my questions, and even provided bridal party itineraries the weekend of. Her and her team were incredibly easy to work with, and our other vendors and bridal party members said the exact same thing. She can work with anyone, with any personality type, and makes you feel important and heard. If you want someone to go above and beyond for you, look no further! She will make your day everything YOU want it to be. Couldn’t recommend her and her team more…I walked away with a new friend!

I had a backyard wedding on 9/23/23 and let me say that having a backyard wedding for 150 people is not for the faint of heart! But from the moment we hired Dream Co. things got easier. Carrie was so helpful and responsive every step of the way and it was a HUGE relief when she started coordinating and communicating with vendors directly (which was my least favorite part). On the wedding day, several things didn't go according to plan (which always happens) and Carrie and her assistant Deanna handled it seamlessly. I heard from so many people that it was the best wedding they had ever attended and I owe so much of that to Carrie and Deanna. We also had the pleasure of working with Natasha for decoration and her eye for detail was beyond words. She took piles of supplies and decor and turned the backyard into a 5-star venue. I can't recommend this company enough. They actually made my wedding day a day I could enjoy and cherish.

I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.

To say that B is a miracle worker and a blessing is an understatement. A little background: Like many brides, I thought I could do this all on my own. However, 3 months until our wedding, I finally came to understand that I need help, and I am so lucky to have found B (or more like so lucky she never gave up in reaching out to me). My one regret is that I did not go to her sooner. If you want a wedding planner who is hard working, zero-nonsense, extremely organized, and will make you feel like their #1, B is for you. I told her when getting started that I need someone who will hand my hand as if I am a 12 yo during this whole process, and she did it. She relieved so much of my stress, was an amazing soundboard during this whole process, was my #1 advocate. She knew when to give me the "I gotchu" to the "I am going to be real with you..." I did not think I would be able to enjoy my wedding as the bride, but B made it a priority that my husband and I, as well as our entire family and all of our guests, enjoy this special day. I am so happy to say, that she did it. Everyone, including myself, had an amazing, smooth wedding day, and it was all thanks to her. I cannot vouch for B enough. Yes, she really is the best thing ever. Yes, she is really that affordable (despite all of us telling her she is under-charging). And yes, I still wish I could hire her as my life coach. Ladies (and gents): If you are looking for a wedding planner, I cannot emphasize my absolute adoration and love for this woman. She pulled off miracle in my eyes.

I have to agree with every one of these 5-star reviews for Kari and Feathered Arrow! My husband and I talked to several planners before signing with Kari and it's by far the best decision we made for our day. With two very different ceremonies in one day, in one venue, with almost two hundred guests several other vendors and their teams, there was a *lot* to coordinate. Kari was at the center ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. We had monthly scheduled check-ins with her to discuss progress as we neared the wedding day and I never felt rushed or stressed. With our particular venue, we needed to bring in everything from outside vendors - lunch, dinner, snacks, cakes, drinks, stage, flowers, chairs, every plate, fork, and cup. It was a huge effort to coordinate everything and Kari made things seamless and smooth every step of the way. After hearing of so many wedding difficulties from friends, I asked that my husband and I, and our families, be able to enjoy the day without being the ones to be contacted with any hiccups and we were able to do so throughout the whole wedding. Partnering with Kari was by far the best decision we made for ourselves when it came to our wedding. I recommend her to every single couple thinking about holding a wedding. It is worth every minute for a consultation with her and if you decide to hire Feathered Arrow, it is worth every dollar you spend.
