We hired Chrissy, as our Day of Coordinator, and overall, the experience was positive. She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when it came to managing last-minute details. Chrissy stepped in seamlessly to take over everything I spent a year planning and handling unexpected changes, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. However, one area of improvement would be the level of attention to some of our must-have moments. We would highly suggest requesting a second announcement for the cake cutting, as there was so much cake left over from a 4-tier cake and guests wanted to take some with them. Additionally, we felt that we didn’t get as much exposure or focus as we had hoped compared to other couples, other than a picture of the blank balcony, but Chrissy was still able to help. Despite these minor issues, Chrissy was professional, attentive, spunky, and genuinely committed to making our day special. We appreciate the effort and dedication put into the day of coordinating our wedding, especially since it was in the Panhandle.

Wow. We truly can't recommend Demi, Delaney, Alyssa and the Wilder Mind team enough. They were absolutely amazing and truly contributed to the smoothness and ease of our wedding day. My husband and I typically consider ourselves to be a bit of control freaks, but working with Demi and Delaney we were able put our complete faith in them, let our guard down, and know that their team had it all covered. We used Wilder Mind's Day of wedding coordination services and they were on point from day one of working together pre wedding. The team was so experienced and proactive in the planning calls, thorough details, and overall organization. Having Wilder Mind cover all the minute details for the wedding and thinking of things we never would have thought to consider like ceremony seating, timeline details, and overall wedding etiquette was a huge comfort for us amidst the stress of wedding planning. We had our full trust in Demi that she would handle it, and handle it she did. Demi and Alyssa were thoughtful enough to even record 70 videos and photos for us throughout the night and shared them with us before they left, it was so nice to get to relive the beauty of such a special night after it had just flown by! When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. We had the pleasure of coming across Jessica & Jackie though an online platform and man are we happy we did. Not only did they assist in planning our wedding but we also used them for my bridal shower and rehearsal dinner, which was so great! They call themselves “on demand divas” which is so accurate with there attention to detail but always flexible when it comes to it. It's been a couple months since our wedding and I'm still living in the clouds. When we were doing our research on possible wedding planners, we knew we wanted someone that would understand us as gay men--in fact we wanted to support someone from the LGBTQ community because we wanted to make sure that they had expert knowledge with respect to LGBTQ friendly vendors. Keith's name came up and when we met with him, we immediately knew that he was the person we wanted to hire, and we have no regrets of doing so. We originally had a location in mind and were working on securing that on our own, but when things didn't go as planned, Keith stepped in and helped us find a great location. One of our fears with planning a wedding in Florida and living in Charlotte was that we'd have a hard time making sure that all our dreams came to fruition. Keith seriously made sure that everything was taken care of. He was constantly available to chat, especially in times when we started stressing, he looked for the best deals but kept in mind the vibe we wanted to give at the wedding. He always had suggestion on vendors and had great relationships with them. I can not emphasis enough how thoughtful and caring Keith is!! One thing that I really loved about Keith was the fact that he allowed us to visualize everything we wanted and then made sure it actually happened. He took the stress out of planning...well there was still stress but that's because it's a wedding but he made sure to listen and ease the stress. On wedding day...he took charge. He was there and made sure that all the stress was on him and not on us nor our guests. He handled everything perfectly. Only thing I wish we had done differently, was getting a picture with him on our wedding day! Post wedding, we had some issues with the Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour not delivering the level of service that they're known for and also over charging us on our bill (their computer system was doing the math wrong, and it was Keith who figured that out), and Keith was there to help with the conversations and advocate on our behalf...even when his job as our wedding planner was over!! He is truly one of the best professionals out there and HIGHLY recommend him. If you're ever looking for a planner for any event make sure to reach out to him. You won't be let down!! Additionally, one thing that's also helpful is that he has an award winning show on Youtube with many of the topics that come up when wedding planning, so if you're ever wondering about something you can go listen to him and his guest speakers talk about these topics!! LOVE THIS MAN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!
