We step in to assist in the planning process from there, ensuring a seamless and stress-free journey to your special day!	VENDORS AND ALL VENUES MUST BE BOOKED *Commonly referred to as Day-of Coordination or Month-of Wedding Coordination Starting 10-12 weeks before your big day, we -team up with your vendors, blending your vision with our expertise. We specialize in day-of coordination, focusing on the seamless management of wedding day logistics and timelines. Our lead coordinator’s experience includes handling vendor coordination, timeline adjustments, and troubleshooting any last-minute issues that may arise.

Yes, we create the timeline for you! Approximately 10-12 weeks before the wedding day, we gather all vendor information and wedding details to create a comprehensive binder for you, the couple. This binder includes a detailed wedding day timeline, vendor timeline, vendor schedule, reception and ceremony layouts, bridal party information, all vendor and wedding party contact information, decor notes, and any other pertinent details. We meticulously craft the timeline and ensure its seamless execution on the wedding day.

Yes, we do customize our services to fit your specific needs and budget. For instance, we had a bride who required assistance only during the ceremony but not the reception since their DJ would follow a detailed timeline. In such cases, we offer reduced pricing for the reduced service duration, ensuring flexibility and tailored solutions to meet your requirements.
