Sarah-Rae began wedding coordinating in 2016 in Kansas City, MO marketing her former partner's officiating services, growing the service area from western Missouri all the way to Colorado in 2018, although her dreams began well before in Jr High. She stepped back from events to pursue a certification in behavior therapy, working with children and young adults with special needs during the Covid epidemic where she met her now husband, Josh. They were married 10/22/22 in a retired gothic-revival cathedral in Johnson City, TN. You can see their May 2023 move to Orlando on HGTV's House Hunters S240E1 aired Oct. 9, 2023! **Licensed & Insured**

    Rae was instrumental in helping make our wedding day come together seamlessly. She provided her expertise in coordinating the event to run smoothly, on time and with everyone dressed and in place. She was a great resource in helping plan as well as execute the day of. As a bride, there are a lot of moving parts with managing vendor arrivals, decor placement, catering plans, guest seating and more. Rae took all of that off our hands which allowed us to be present and worry free on our special day. Rae has years of experience in the industry and takes time to get to know your needs and desires to create the wedding of your dreams. As I write this review, it brings back many happy memories of a memorable day with close friends and family. Thanks Rae for being there to fix my fly aways and straighten my veil before I walked down the aisle!

    Clabo Event Services was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! Their communication style was excellent - they were always open, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and value was nothing short of perfect. Sarah and her team went above and beyond to make our wedding day even better than I could have dreamed of. Sarah is so friendly and fun to be around, I really felt like she was a close friend giving us all of her energy and attention to make our day special. She was incredibly detailed-oriented and wanted everything to be just right, which meant I had zero stress leading up to the wedding.
