Kailey was absolutely incredible as our day-of wedding coordinator. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was so helpful and proactive—handling communication with all of our vendors so I didn’t have to. She made sure every detail was confirmed and that everyone was aligned with the timeline, which took so much stress off my plate. About two months before the wedding, we ran into a last-minute photography crisis, and Kailey truly saved the day. She reached out to a company she trusted, and they were able to work within our budget despite the short notice. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. On the wedding day itself, there was also a complication with the venue, and Kailey handled it completely behind the scenes. She made sure everything was taken care of without involving me, allowing me to stay present and actually enjoy my day. I didn’t even know anything had gone wrong until after—it meant so much to me that she took control like that. Hiring Gina to be our planner was the first wedding decision we made and the best one! I cannot recommend working with her enough! Gina helped us put together a dream team of vendors, she was there for every question, every step of the way and most importantly helped us put on the MOST INCREDIBLE WEDDING EVERRRRR! We worked with Gina for a little over a year in our planning process and she was consistently on her game and just a pleasure to have in our lives. Gina made sure we were staying on task getting things done so we never felt overwhelmed. She took the pressure off by helping to narrow down vendors, setting up appointments, giving recs and just cut down on the hundreds of hours of research this would've taken on our own to do. She was clearly known and trusted by other vendors in the community and they all raved about working with her. When it came time for the wedding itself, Gina knocked it out of the park. She also brought Alexis as a day of coordinator to help who was fantastic to work with. Alexis made sure our rehearsal went off so smoothly and efficiently and was a reliable second set of hands on the wedding day. Throughout our time together, Gina made sure to get to know us as a couple, what made us comfortable, what our vibe was and that was so clear on our big day. Rain caused us to have a last minute change of our ceremony from outside to inside and she helped all the vendors to flip the space in record time. She decided what questions needed to come to me and which ones I didn't need to be bothered with because it would unnecessarily stress me out. As a bride, this was so important. We told Gina we wanted our wedding to be a giant dance party start to finish and her creative ideas and timeline helped us deliver just that. Gina went above and beyond, helping one of my bridesmaid's fix her hair at the last minute, finding us the most unique props for our dance floor (hello robot dinosaurs!) and even helped us to quietly remove a guest from the party who had had too much. Gina is THAT GIRL that every couple should have by their side at the wedding. She is so versatile, working with couples with a variety of tastes and styles and can fit in with any group. Our friends and family were all raving about her and we want to have another wedding, just to work with her again!

We hired Laura and Co. for our wedding, and we’d do it all over again. We chose a package for photo, video, and day of coordination. Our photos? Framed and displayed all over the house within hours of receiving them. The videos? Watched as often as you read your child a bedtime story. The day of? Amazing, lovely, smooth as a babies butt. We had bumps throughout planning and they were quickly resolved, we had bumps the day of, and we were able to sit back and laugh about it because we knew we were in good hands. This was the first wedding within both of our families in over ten years so we had lots of questions and i always knew i could lean on Laura and Co. to answer! As we are now almost two months after our big day we still chat and laugh about the big day. Hiring Natalie as our month-of coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My only regret is not bringing her on for partial planning, because she was that incredible. I was extremely stressed throughout the planning process, but once we hit that one-month mark, Natalie completely transformed the experience. She consistently checked in when I fell behind on responses, took the lead in every vendor meeting, and offered thoughtful suggestions for our timeline and all the little details that truly matter. She is so sweet, friendly, and unbelievably on top of everything. I think she could sense how stressed I was about timing, and she constantly reassured me throughout the day that we were right on schedule, which I appreciated more than she knows. She followed every direction perfectly when setting up our décor and made sure the entire day ran SO smoothly. At the end of the night all our things were packed, organized and ready to be loaded in the car by my family. Natalie was the best addition to our day, and I am endlessly grateful we found her. 1000/10. Do yourself a favor and hire her! You will not regret it.

Leading up to our wedding, she was very dutiful in organizing (and staying on top of) our vendors to ensure everything was in order for our wedding at The Howey Mansion in Howey-in-the-hills, FL. She was very resourceful the day before our wedding, handling and transporting all of our intricate wedding details. She even went above and beyond in handling our signage with care, enough so that she had to fix a few things for us to ensure they were “show” ready. It was extremely appreciated and clear that she really cared about our big day and wanted it to be perfect. I don’t even know where to start! We booked Leticia about a month out from our wedding as a day of coordinator. She was easy to communicate with and helped me figure out all the little things that needed to be sorted out before the wedding day, and she also ran the rehearsal the night before the wedding. She has a great arsenal of extras in case you’re missing something day-of like a card box, picture frames, fans for the heat as we got married on the beach, etc. Her assistant ended up in the hospital the day before, but Leticia reassured us that she would be more than fine managing the wedding, especially with our guest count (39 total). And she was right!! She did a great job making sure all the vendors were on track and set up all the little details we had including place cards, card box, decor, etc. Everything was exactly how we had pictured it! She has such great expertise on events and weddings and was able to help make executive decisions about things I never would’ve thought of. She handled everything like a total pro, that I didn’t have to pay attention to anything except enjoying myself (and I’m SUPER type A!). She even got some super cute behind-the-scenes photos and videos during the day. Also, post-wedding I was even hearing from all my friends and family that they loved her. She helped a friend pin the top of their dress after it kept gaping since she had an emergency kit strapped to her at all times, and SO much more! Leticia was such a fun, calming presence and I couldn’t recommend her more!!!!

I recently worked with Yasmine for my daughter's wedding at The Highland Manor under the beautiful oak tree. She was not only so sweet and easy to work with, but truly a professional all the way. It was such a pleasure working with her. She met with us a few times to go over every detail of the big day, which made my daughter and I feel so comfortable and less stressed out. She is so organized and had everything down to the detail planned out. She took all the stress off our hands and let us enjoy the big event stress free. If she noticed a slight issue, she right on it. Like for example the guest who showed up way early and went inside the venue before any one was supposed too. (We wanted to keep the inside a secret until we opened the doors). She was already on top of things and politely and quickly escorted them out of the building to the waiting area. My daughter felt like she could turn to Yasmine for anything and she was right. I just can't say how thankful I was to have Yasmine to work with. She just made the wedding day so much better by being the true wonderful professional that she is and letting us enjoy things. She is wonderful!

Sam was everything we could've asked for and way way wayyy more in a wedding planner. Her communication was open every step of the way, and it felt so comfortable working everything out. It's really amazing how much experience she brings to the table, while also incorporating a fresh energy and outlook on weddings. Another huge point to note is how flexible she is. We had a very DIY wedding and she understood our vision perfectly after just our first meeting. From there, she helped us come up with new ideas and make them a reality for the actual event. On the wedding day, it even spontaneously rained during our ceremony time. It genuinely blew us away how quickly she was able to adapt to the situation and make everything into a positive for us and all of our guests. Not only did we not hear a single negative comment from our guests about the rain, but we got tons of positive feedback on Sam specifically and how it was one of the most fun weddings they've ever been to. I have had several experiences with LPF. The first was my daughter's wedding where they did the decor and coordinated the vendors. It was so beautiful and excellently executed to the vision we gave. The second was a 60th themed birthday party where they provided the DJ, photo booth and all of the decor and again it was expertly designed and fit all of the parameters we outlined to a tee. I have also attended several of their local dance party events and always found them perfectly designed for the theme and every one of us always have an amazing time. I would definitely recommend LPF for any type of event but especially for weddings, birthday parties, showers or any themed social occasion. The ideas are always inventive and spot on to the vision.

Weddings By Kasey was such a huge help when planning for our big day. From the moment we reached out to her for assistance she made everything so much easier. She was able to give so many recommendations after feeling like we'd never find the venue or vendors that felt like the right picks. She has such a great working relationship with so many of the local vendors and it truly shows in the execution of each event. She took great care of us on the wedding day making sure we had everything we needed (and made sure we ate dinner, too!). She is very easy to talk to and always makes the time to check in, answer questions, and help resolve any concerns. Her client portal is very easy to navigate and makes signing contracts, making payments, and communications very simple.
