“We had a day of coordinator included in our venue’s package, and we had no idea how much this would help with our wedding experience. We were fortunate enough to be matched with Nicole, who was an absolute delight and went above and beyond to help us plan our special day. We first met Nicole at our tasting, and it was an instant connection that we’ll always cherish. After that initial meeting, we maintained contact and even met up for coffee to gain a better understanding of her role in the entire experience and to share our vendor information. Nicole then took on the daunting task of communicating with all our vendors, ensuring that the right timelines were set and all the necessary information reached the venue. We thought the month ahead would be super stressful, but Nicole single-handedly made it all manageable. Once our wedding weekend arrived, Nicole remained our go-to girl, ensuring that the venue was set and ready, and even went above and beyond to help wrangle our wedding party whenever necessary. Along with her assistant, Brittany, the venue was meticulously set in a way that surpassed what we ever could have imagined, even setting up a preview of the space which had us immediately emotional. They were always nearby to ensure everything went smoothly and provided us with whatever we needed throughout the night. We had an unfortunate issue with one of our vendors that they continuously helped to resolve like a true hero so we could enjoy the day despite the issue. After the wedding, we discovered that Nicole had taken quite a few photos and videos of the day, which allowed us to relive the moments without the distraction of a phone during the event while we waited on photos from our photographer. We can’t recommend the services of Just Marry enough. They truly understand the work necessary to put on a seamless event and run with it. Nicole specifically was our super hero throughout. We can’t say enough about our wonderful experience with her.”

“I don’t even know where to start! We booked Leticia about a month out from our wedding as a day of coordinator. She was easy to communicate with and helped me figure out all the little things that needed to be sorted out before the wedding day, and she also ran the rehearsal the night before the wedding. She has a great arsenal of extras in case you’re missing something day-of like a card box, picture frames, fans for the heat as we got married on the beach, etc. Her assistant ended up in the hospital the day before, but Leticia reassured us that she would be more than fine managing the wedding, especially with our guest count (39 total). And she was right!! She did a great job making sure all the vendors were on track and set up all the little details we had including place cards, card box, decor, etc. Everything was exactly how we had pictured it! She has such great expertise on events and weddings and was able to help make executive decisions about things I never would’ve thought of. She handled everything like a total pro, that I didn’t have to pay attention to anything except enjoying myself (and I’m SUPER type A!). She even got some super cute behind-the-scenes photos and videos during the day. Also, post-wedding I was even hearing from all my friends and family that they loved her. She helped a friend pin the top of their dress after it kept gaping since she had an emergency kit strapped to her at all times, and SO much more! Leticia was such a fun, calming presence and I couldn’t recommend her more!!!!”

“I can not say enough about how thankful my husband and I were to have Claire and Glenn of Ribbon and Rogue there for our wedding day and the planning leading up to the day of the wedding. We got married on 6/25/24 near Portland, OR. Claire checked in with us every step of the way to see if we needed any help and she made the process seamless. She did an amazing job reducing a lot of my stress along the way as well as on the wedding day itself! In the beginning of the planning process, Claire asked just a couple of questions and immediately was able to come up with an agenda for the day of our wedding. I didn't realize how important this was until we started being asked for it from multiple vendors and relatives right away what the timeline was. We were having a hard time as well with our seating chart and somehow she was able to figure out a solution in no time. I also wanted to DIY our flowers and she coordinated everything we needed for the day off and even had advice on which flowers would work best and how to arrange all our vases. Even from across the country, she was willing to do a zoom call with the venue we chose to go over all the details of what we would need and make sure everything was taken care of for our day. On the day of the wedding, Glenn helped us with all the little important tasks we had like picking up my bouquet and our cake. I have no idea how we could have done it without him! Claire and Glenn made sure that everything was set up like we discussed and even went over and beyond with what I was expecting with our decorations. Both Claire and Glenn were there for us all night and everything ran smoothly with their help. We even had a minor issue with the catering provided by our venue and they made sure it was taken care of before we even asked them. We could not have asked for a better team for our special day!”

“Michelle McKeown Has been there since we started planning this wedding two years ago. She was there to make sure that anything that I dreamed it could happen. Suggestions as well where to save money. I wanted a certain bouquet that I had seen on pinterest And I didn't think that disney could recreate it. She asked me why wouldn't they? Needless to say, they did and it was perfect. There was an issue where I decided that I wanted a content creator this also saves some money, The content creator that I had chose was not able to fulfill Our arrangement so I panicked Michelle calmed me down and found me another one I made a lot of changes and she was very supportive. She was there on every zoom call that I had to do with the disney to help ease my nerves and to also take notes. After the zoom calls we would review it. She was there any time I needed her. On our wedding day, She kept me and my husband Hydrate it as well as anything that we provided that disney did not provide she set it up. As well, she put our favors together.And she also made sure that me and my husband had Sometime alone before the reception started. She also brought a young lady by the name of Jenny that helped as well. Michelle was a gem and also a Fairy godmother. Without her , I know that my wood and wouldn't have ben at ease like it was we had nail issues. Thank you Michelle, Jenny, and Rebecca.”

“Words do not begin to describe how incredible working with Brooke has been. We were originally having our wedding in St. Pete before finding out that our venue had cancelled less than 90 days before our date due to damages from the Hurricane. Brooke overextended herself and found multiple venues that were available for the same date knowing that was important to us. By the end of the week, she had set up multiple interviews which she attended and helped us secure our new venue at the Tampa EDITION which we ended up loving more than our original venue. Brooke was dependable and available whenever we had a question and kept open lines of communication. She is innovative and her organizational skills/attention to detail goes unmatched. She originally helped us plan a fun beach wedding and in less than three months pivoted to help us plan a formal affair. On our wedding day, Brooke and Ada did an amazing job with setting up the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces; we were in shock by how perfectly they enacted the vision we had in our heads for our wedding. During the wedding, they kept the timeline of events going and kept the vibes high while we were busying having an absolute blast with our friends and family. The audio guest book supplied by Brooke is an absolute must. Listening to everyone's messages a week after the wedding brought us so much joy and laughter; just imagine more chaotic messages as the drinks flow and the night progresses. We decided to include the photo booth last minute and am so happy we did as it was a complete hit with all of our guests throughout the entire night. Not only did they assist in planning our wedding but we also used them for my bridal shower and rehearsal dinner, which was so great! We got a beautiful shower and the chance to build some relationship with them before the big day! They call themselves “on demand divas” which is so accurate with there attention to detail but always flexible when it comes to it.
