Hiring Gina to be our planner was the first wedding decision we made and the best one! I cannot recommend working with her enough! Gina helped us put together a dream team of vendors, she was there for every question, every step of the way and most importantly helped us put on the MOST INCREDIBLE WEDDING EVERRRRR! We worked with Gina for a little over a year in our planning process and she was consistently on her game and just a pleasure to have in our lives. Gina made sure we were staying on task getting things done so we never felt overwhelmed. She took the pressure off by helping to narrow down vendors, setting up appointments, giving recs and just cut down on the hundreds of hours of research this would've taken on our own to do. She was clearly known and trusted by other vendors in the community and they all raved about working with her. When it came time for the wedding itself, Gina knocked it out of the park. She also brought Alexis as a day of coordinator to help who was fantastic to work with. Alexis made sure our rehearsal went off so smoothly and efficiently and was a reliable second set of hands on the wedding day. Throughout our time together, Gina made sure to get to know us as a couple, what made us comfortable, what our vibe was and that was so clear on our big day. Rain caused us to have a last minute change of our ceremony from outside to inside and she helped all the vendors to flip the space in record time. She decided what questions needed to come to me and which ones I didn't need to be bothered with because it would unnecessarily stress me out. As a bride, this was so important. We told Gina we wanted our wedding to be a giant dance party start to finish and her creative ideas and timeline helped us deliver just that. Gina went above and beyond, helping one of my bridesmaid's fix her hair at the last minute, finding us the most unique props for our dance floor (hello robot dinosaurs!) and even helped us to quietly remove a guest from the party who had had too much. Gina is THAT GIRL that every couple should have by their side at the wedding. She is so versatile, working with couples with a variety of tastes and styles and can fit in with any group. Our friends and family were all raving about her and we want to have another wedding, just to work with her again!

As a queer, interracial couple with a super diverse group of friends and family, we were nervous about finding someone who would respect and celebrate us, but Allie was exactly what we needed and more. Allie stepped in two weeks before the wedding and immediately took over all the vendor communication, making sure everything was handled so we could just enjoy the process. She didn’t just manage logistics—she managed everything: family drama (ugh, lifesaver), unexpected changes due to Hurricane Milton, and even the fact that most of our bridal party couldn’t make it. Somehow, she filled in the gaps so seamlessly that we barely noticed anything was missing. What stood out the most was how personal she made the experience. She took the time to learn everyone’s names, stayed calm and chill no matter what, and listened to us when we were stressed, always reminding us to focus on each other. Allie kept the day running at our pace, gave us time to be together, and even made sure we looked great in all our photos. Bellazevents LLC and the owner Veneisha, was an outstanding decorator, florist, day of Cordinator, and caterer that went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. From the very beginning, her communication was proactive, responsive, persistent, and thorough. Our day-of coordinator, Veneisha, created a detailed timeline over a month in advance and seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the day of, Veneisha put out our dance floor props, cut our extra wedding cake, brought in our late night food and cleaned up the venue to make sure we weren't charged any extra fees. She even packed away all of our supplies for easy pick up following the wedding night. Veneisha and the entire Bellazevents team were truly the best part of our wedding planning experience. In a heartbeat, I would use their services again. They did so much to make our day perfect, from their beautiful handmade floral arrangements to vendor recommendations and guest gift tips. I don’t even know where to start! We booked Leticia about a month out from our wedding as a day of coordinator. She was easy to communicate with and helped me figure out all the little things that needed to be sorted out before the wedding day, and she also ran the rehearsal the night before the wedding. She has a great arsenal of extras in case you’re missing something day-of like a card box, picture frames, fans for the heat as we got married on the beach, etc. Her assistant ended up in the hospital the day before, but Leticia reassured us that she would be more than fine managing the wedding, especially with our guest count (39 total). And she was right!! She did a great job making sure all the vendors were on track and set up all the little details we had including place cards, card box, decor, etc. Everything was exactly how we had pictured it! She has such great expertise on events and weddings and was able to help make executive decisions about things I never would’ve thought of. She handled everything like a total pro, that I didn’t have to pay attention to anything except enjoying myself (and I’m SUPER type A!). She even got some super cute behind-the-scenes photos and videos during the day. Also, post-wedding I was even hearing from all my friends and family that they loved her. She helped a friend pin the top of their dress after it kept gaping since she had an emergency kit strapped to her at all times, and SO much more! Leticia was such a fun, calming presence and I couldn’t recommend her more!!!!

I have had several experiences with LPF. The first was my daughter's wedding where they did the decor and coordinated the vendors. It was so beautiful and excellently executed to the vision we gave. The second was a 60th themed birthday party where they provided the DJ, photo booth and all of the decor and again it was expertly designed and fit all of the parameters we outlined to a tee. I have also attended several of their local dance party events and always found them perfectly designed for the theme and every one of us always have an amazing time. I would definitely recommend LPF for any type of event but especially for weddings, birthday parties, showers or any themed social occasion. The ideas are always inventive and spot on to the vision.

Sam was everything we could've asked for and way way wayyy more in a wedding planner. Her communication was open every step of the way, and it felt so comfortable working everything out. It's really amazing how much experience she brings to the table, while also incorporating a fresh energy and outlook on weddings. Another huge point to note is how flexible she is. We had a very DIY wedding and she understood our vision perfectly after just our first meeting. From there, she helped us come up with new ideas and make them a reality for the actual event. On the wedding day, it even spontaneously rained during our ceremony time. It genuinely blew us away how quickly she was able to adapt to the situation and make everything into a positive for us and all of our guests. Not only did we not hear a single negative comment from our guests about the rain, but we got tons of positive feedback on Sam specifically and how it was one of the most fun weddings they've ever been to. I could go on forever about how positive our experience was with Sam. 10 stars if it was possible!!! (I'll update the review with some professional photos when they come back to us)

Not to mention she is priced quite affordably for all that is offered. I'll definitely be booking again!

If you want your wedding day to be unforgettable, you need to choose this group of wonderful people! Here me out- when I first had a consultation call with them and heard the price, I was hesitant because we just spent 46.5K on the wedding and we were nervous to spend more. BUT these ladies were angels! You will see that on the video calls, but you will especially see it on the day of the wedding! Oh my goodness! EVERYTHING was perfect and went very smooth! Just remember: something is likely to go wrong on your wedding day. For example, my husband got kicked out of his room the day of the wedding because his parents accidentally paid for 1 instead of 2 nights! My MIL had my husband on speaker phone in front of me while I was having makeup put on already nervous and stressing out. She was complaining after about money and how it’s ridiculous. The team was amazing at deescalating the situation! One person helped my husband move his stuff to my dad’s room while another member got my MIL out of the room by asking if she wants to go see her son. This helped TREMENDOUSLY! There were several things that were forgotten- no problem! They got it for us! My dress was hard to get on- no problem! They helped me in it! They set up ALL the decor for us and even made decisions for us so I didn’t have to worry the day-of! They were absolutely incredible! Noelle was with me for most of the day, and she was truly a fairy godmother like the other review said! She took VERY good care of all of us including the team. Although Michelle wasn’t assigned to be the main coordinator the day of my wedding, she literally visited us multiple times!!! They truly care and want the best for your wedding. These people know Disney super well and work really well with Disney. It was nice to have an outside service that knew my Disney wedding planner, officiant, photographer, videographer, etc! It’s so awesome because honestly, my husband and I made new friends out of this experience with them, and we are forever grateful for that! To everyone at FTWB, THANK YOU for making our wedding absolutely PERFECT! You all are special, talented, super kind, caring, smart, creative people!
