Wonderful Experience
Claire and Jessica were absolutely amazing from the moment we met till the end of the wedding! Claire expertly, and without any interruption to the flow, navigated a few hiccups that naturally occur on a wedding day. Claire and her ‘Mary Poppins’ bag saved the day when I had a slight dress malfunction! I want to relive this day over and over! All of our guests have reached out to compliment the entire day! Fantastic Team
Ribbon and Rogue were the planners for our October Haunting event at The Mezz and we LOVED working with their team! Where do we begin?! Effortless communication, their team was FANTASTIC at replying, bringing in different details, understanding the vision and delivering EVEN MORE magic than we expected! The event itself? We were able to just ENJOY ourselves and tend to our guests, their team did EVERYTHING and even cleaned up with the catering team after! Could not have had a better team
I can not say enough about how thankful my husband and I were to have Claire and Glenn of Ribbon and Rogue there for our wedding day and the planning leading up to the day of the wedding. We got married on 6/25/24 near Portland, OR. Claire checked in with us every step of the way to see if we needed any help and she made the process seamless. She did an amazing job reducing a lot of my stress along the way as well as on the wedding day itself! In the beginning of the planning process, Claire asked just a couple of questions and immediately was able to come up with an agenda for the day of our wedding. I didn't realize how important this was until we started being asked for it from multiple vendors and relatives right away what the timeline was. We were having a hard time as well with our seating chart and somehow she was able to figure out a solution in no time. I also wanted to DIY our flowers and she coordinated everything we needed for the day off and even had advice on which flowers would work best and how to arrange all our vases. Even from across the country, she was willing to do a zoom call with the venue we chose to go over all the details of what we would need and make sure everything was taken care of for our day. On the day of the wedding, Glenn helped us with all the little important tasks we had like picking up my bouquet and our cake. I have no idea how we could have done it without him! Claire and Glenn made sure that everything was set up like we discussed and even went over and beyond with what I was expecting with our decorations. Both Claire and Glenn were there for us all night and everything ran smoothly with their help. We even had a minor issue with the catering provided by our venue and they made sure it was taken care of before we even asked them. We could not have asked for a better team for our special day!

We’ve collectively planned hundreds of weddings. Claire (It's-a-me) alone has led over 400, with 200+ full-planning events and 10+ destination celebrations. Our weddings are bold, creative, and deeply personal, often blending polished details with unique twists that reflect each couple. We thrive on non-traditional styles, destination weddings, and DIY-inspired touches, while also handling logistics so your day feels seamless, stress-free, and completely you.

Yes! Ribbon and Rogue is a small but mighty team of three: Claire, Jessica, and Glenn. Depending on your package, location, and date, you’ll primarily work with either Claire or Jessica, and we’ll match you based on fit (and your preference, of course). Glenn is our behind-the-scenes problem solver and day-of assistant, so while you may see him in action at your wedding, most of your planning experience will be with Claire or Jessica. Together, we’ve got every angle of your wedding day covered.

Yes! In our Rogue package (often for destination weddings, but just as perfect at home), we include two additional event days: your rehearsal dinner and a post-wedding brunch. We also love creating custom packages for other celebrations, from showers and birthdays to retirement parties, holiday gatherings, and more. If it matters to you, we can help make it memorable.

It depends on the package. For Day-of Coordination only, we can take on up to two events in a day (one with Claire and one with Jessica) so each couple has a dedicated planner. For full-service weddings, we only book one per weekend to ensure our full focus. We believe the best weddings come from fresh, energized planners, not overbooked ones, so you’ll always have our full attention.
