Life has taken me down many different paths over the years but I always come back to photography. In 2020 I decided to open my own business as David Andrew Photography. So here I am, a photographer, a creator with all the knowledge and experience of those years behind me. Now as a business owner, as passionate as ever about my work and dedicated to giving you the best images of one of the most important days of your life.

I'm celebrating 10 years in business as Leah Martin Photography! I've been photographing weddings for over 20 years, my first was way back in 1999, a commitment ceremony in Uxbridge MA. I was still shooting film at the time. I just love celebrating love with my couples, we create magic together.

If you asked a younger version of me if I saw myself as a photographer, I never would I have imagined myself jumping into this digital world of art. I always had a paint brush in my hand or spending hours drawing in a sketch book. Art is the backbone of who I am and my favorite medium is photographing love. Clients notice passion and creativity. I love connecting with my couples and candid / photojournalism type photos are my jam! I like to say my business is luxury. The customer is my focus. I am a funny gal who loves making people laugh - it's how I get authentic emotion in my images. I love meeting my couples face to face! I am extremely thankful the universe has brought so many wonderful people into my life.

Human beings and our connection to one another is the most beautiful aspects of life. No matter who you are and what your story is - it is one to share. My style is and always will be the most natural authentic version of my subjects. I am a lover of light, film-like qualities, and unposed spontaneous moments of laughter. I have a healthy addiction to deep snow and frozen nose hairs. Most think I'm crazy, but on those truly frosty mornings the mountains are a magical place to be. During the warmer months, when I'm not behind the lens, you can usually find me hiking in the mountains or fishing in the salty waters of Maine and New Hampshire. These days I call the Mad River Valley of Vermont home. My wife and I, along with our furball pup have a little cliffside home overlooking a waterfall (dubbed 'The Waterfall House'). -Keep an eye on my IG stories for said waterfall imagery/video updates.

I serve families in The Berkshires and surrounding communities by providing beautiful, affordable portraits to pass down from generation to generation. As someone who understands today's financial climate, my unique goal is to make sure everyone has the opportunity to have stunning family images displayed in their homes.
