The Fox & The Hare Photography
Based in the Northern New Jersey area and embracing the East Coast and beyond, The Fox & The Hare want to document your story. Each of us have backgrounds in fine art photography and have been photographing weddings together for a decade. And whether we’re there for the happy moments or the emotional moments, we want to document it all.
Jen is the “Hare” because she might be small, but she is quick and tries to be everywhere at once. Steve is the “Fox” because he is stealthy with his photojournalistic style, you hardly know he’s there. We don't just sign up for a job to be your photographers, we want to walk away and feel like we've become old friends.

Our favorite vendors!
We were really drawn to Jen & Steve's darker but still natural style and when we got on a Zoom call with them we loved their personalities so much. They clicked so well with us which was important to us and we talked so much that first call that we got kicked off of the video. They did our engagement shoot as well and made us feel so comfortable. We had a few calls leading up to confirm timeline and our shot list and day of they ran a tight ship. They got all the photos we wanted and never felt like they were taking us away from anything to get a shot. Photography was a big priority for us and so worth it. We've only received our unedited sneak peaks and these alone are so gorgeous, we cannot wait to get the full album and I'd hire them again for other events any time.

the BEST photographer
Our photographer was our first vendor that we booked and what I considered to be the most important because we will have our photos and photo albums forever to look back on and remember our wedding day. A friend of mine had use The Fox & The Hare Photography for her wedding and the pictures she was posting looked stunning, so I immediately reached out to them to photograph our wedding. Even during our first meeting with them, Jen & Steve felt like old friends, while also maintaining a very professional attitude. They communicated so well during the planning process and made sure that we had all of our questions answered and felt prepared for the day of the wedding. On the wedding day Jen started our with the girls and Steve was with the guys, then they both were with my husband and I for our first look and for all the wedding party and family photos. They ran the show and the entire day went smoothly thanks to the timeline they provided us. Besides making us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, Jen & Steve made the day so much fun for us and they truly felt like part of our families by the end of the night. We got a sneak peek of 100 photos back 2 days after the wedding and every single photo came out beautiful. We cannot recommend The Fox & The Hare Photography enough for the most gorgeous photos and the most easygoing and fun people to work with on your wedding day.
