    Trey and TreeHouse Creative captured our wedding so beautifully. We were blown away with the results. This is such a nice thing that we’ll have for the rest of our lives to look back on. Trey was extremely thoughtful and easy to work with leading up to the wedding and the day of. He has an energy that makes you feel comfortable while working with him and it makes the video that much more special. He’s responsive and keeps you up-to-date leading up to the wedding. He also works very well with all the other vendors on the day of. He genuinely cared about capturing our day in such a loving and playful way. We were lucky enough to find him and TreeHouse Creative. Book him! No need to look elsewhere!

    Let me start off by saying my husband and I absolutely LOVE our wedding videos and could not be happier with the quality of what we received. That’s probably got you wondering why we’re so extremely dissatisfied with what we received. To keep things within our budget we decided to have one of TreeHouse’s associates shoot our wedding and TreeHouse did all the editing. We only met with our personal videographer once before our wedding day but had several meetings with TreeHouse outlining what we wanted. One of the most important determining factors that swayed our decision to choose TreeHouse was their guest interviews. My husband and I made it extremely clear that we wanted to have that aspect included in our video as we have a lot of elderly family we wanted captured. Because of this we did not have a guestbook either. We received our wedding videos on 9/23/24 and none of them included even one guest interview. I’m not one to easily get upset or write a bad review so I emailed back on 9/24/24 to inquire about why they may not have been included. When we didn’t receive an answer after a full week passed my husband followed up with a second email. Today is 10/11/24 almost three weeks after receiving our videos with no response. My husband and I are devastated that such a key piece of our wedding is gone. They clearly were not captured as we discussed. We can’t go back and put out a guest book, and the loved ones that have since passed away will never be able to share their words of wisdom. I am in awe of the lack of professionalism shown by the owner of this company. It baffles me that a customer can go unanswered for so long. My advice to anyone thinking of booking with TreeHouse is choose wisely. Like I said, what we did receive is stunning, but if I could go back and do it all over I would have chosen differently knowing what I know now.

    My husband and I had the absolute best experience working with Trey and team. Trey truly took the time to learn about us as individuals, who we are together, what mattered to us most, and our vision for our wedding day. He is personable and professional and will truly feel like a friend that you are excited to see when the big day comes. Our video turned out better than we could’ve ever imagined and it is such a treasure to have such an elegantly captured representation of our day to look back on. It has also been the perfect way to share our experience with family and friends who weren’t able to make it. Watching the days events unfold through the perspective of a guest is such a cool experience and had us falling in love with the day all over again. Working with Trey was a flawless and stress free experience and took the pressure off us because he really was able to lead our team through the events seamlessly. We are so happy with the finished products down to being obsessed with the song choices he picked. He took all our feedback and ideas into consideration and just made our video spectacular. He is truly an artist in videography and we cannot recommend working with him enough!
