Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party. I (the bride) was able to go about my entire day without having to worry about a single thing because they were taking the lead and handling it all. With a big bridal party and family, they ensured our most important people were where they needed to be and that we got all the photo shots that I had specified on my extensive list. All my expectations for the day that I had talked with them the months prior to our wedding were met and exceeded. There were only a few small bumps to the day and they immediately diffused the situation and quickly resolved it, all while being so kind and professional. These two allowed me to be completely present on my day and blocked out all the noise for me and I can't thank them enough for that. Oh my goodness - from the very first contact with Terri via email I knew I made the right decision contacting her . Terri is THERE FOR YOU the entire ride. Terri jumped in right away to help my fiancé and I secure our first look location which was not a typical location as we asked the pub we met at for our first date if we could use it. I am a high anxious person, detail orientated and wanted things to be PERFECT. That usually means I take care of everything myself but that is a no go with Terri. Terri listens actively to what you want and makes sure that happens. Her energy, her compassion around my stress and her absolute fiery passion that she has for the work she does makes her an 11/10. Our big day wouldn't have been the success it was without her!

If I could give Cheyenne all of the stars, I would!!! Cheyenne was referred to me by a client of mine. She used Cheyenne for her wedding and had worked alongside her at many other weddings. She told me I really needed to consider hiring Cheyenne for my wedding if I was using a planner because of the incredible work she knew she did. I can't emphasize enough how happy I am with hiring Cheyenne. Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness and caring speaks volumes. From the time she took over as of my day-of wedding planner, I felt supported and confident that I would have the best wedding day ever. We had weekly check-in video or phone calls until a month out from wedding day, and bi-weekly check-ins for the whole month before my wedding. She would always keep me in the loop with tasks she had completed and guided me with whatever tasks I needed to complete. The morning of the wedding my mom and sister were freaking out with anxiety and asking me, “Why aren’t you nervous?!” I replied, “What do I have to be nervous about?” Between the numerous variables being managed by Cheyenne, and seeing how she handled all of my vendors via phone and email leading up to the day, I really felt that I did not have to worry about a thing. My gut was right because the day was flawless and I was completely able to enjoy myself. And while I was able to enjoy myself, I was even happier that my husband could enjoy himself thanks to Cheyenne’s assistant. He helped my husband navigate the day without worrying about anything other than enjoying himself. My husband is a VERY picky man, so the fact that he was floored by Cheyenne’s services says a lot LOL. For that, I will be forever grateful. Your day will be what you want and more with the help of Cheyenne. Don’t think twice about working with her over your other choices!

Kylie assisted us at our rehearsal the day before our wedding, practicing the ceremony to ensure we understood the process and best practices for each bridal party member. Miranda and Raquel were there for us on our wedding date, helping set up decor, running to get breakfast for the bridal party, and being the point of contact with all our vendors. At one point, as the bride, I was getting overstimulated with all the pictures being taken in a short amount of time, and Miranda/Raquel had my back by making sure I had water and 30 minutes to center before our ceremony. I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! WOW! I can not say enough on how appreciative I am of Bari and Antonia. A month before my wedding I realized I desperately needed Day of Coordinators. Bari and Antonia were so responsive and assuring. They took on my wedding with such grace. No request of mine was too much. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. Working with Mia made our wedding day impossibly easy and free of stress. She is incredible in every way! The service she provided to us was invaluable throughout the whole wedding planning process. Our wedding was at a relatively full service venue, so I initially wasn't sure whether working with Mia was necessary. However, I can confidently say that reaching out to her was the best decision I made in the entire wedding planning process! I am generally very Type A, so I was less concerned about everything going smoothly on the wedding day and more worried about being able to truly enjoy the day and live in the moment. I stumbled upon Mia's podcast and, after listening to only a handful of episodes, immediately knew I needed to contact her. In the month or so leading up to our wedding day, I felt uncharacteristically at ease, and I am certain that I owe this sense of calm to Mia. Being able to brain dump little details, concerns, etc. to Mia was incredibly helpful. It made me feel like somebody else cared as deeply about everything going right as I did. One particular puzzle involving our transportation was driving me crazy, and I spent several days poring over some possible solutions. I finally decided to send an email to Mia outlining the problem, and within a half hour, she sent back a brilliant, detailed solution that ended up working perfectly. Although I was already impressed by Mia before the wedding day, I couldn't believe just how valuable her services were on the actual day. There were so many points where Mia swooped in to help before I even knew help was needed. She acted as my “eyes and ears” that afternoon as other vendors set everything up at the venue. She was right on top of contacting the trolley company when they were a few minutes late for picking up the wedding party (I actually didn't even know they were running late until later that day, as it was all handled before I even had a chance to stress about it). She was right there with safety pins when a clasp on my dress was faulty. And she even held an umbrella over me to block the sun during photos (not sure where she even got it – she was like Mary Poppins, with the perfect supplies appearing in thin air!) It was almost as if she was in multiple places at the same time. Our wedding party was also grateful to have her phone number throughout the day for anything that came up. At the end of the event, Mia loaded all of the decor into our car and even took many of our leftover florals to a nearby nursing home the next day so they wouldn’t go to waste. I genuinely don't know who would have taken care of things like this if Mia wasn't there. Even now that our wedding day was a few weeks ago, I continue to hear stories of Mia that I didn't even know about. For example, at one point, my mom was trying to help some older relatives call a cab back to their hotel before the end of the night. All of a sudden, Mia appeared by her side and took care of it. I am so grateful to her for handling things like this so my mom could fully enjoy such an important day for our family. If you are unsure about whether you need a day-of coordinator, you will not regret working with Mia! Just knowing Mia was there made my stress level infinitely lower. I truly felt like I could soak up the joy of our wedding day without worrying about the little details and the flow of the day. Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. We are so grateful for her dedication and attention to detail in making our wedding day perfect. I highly recommend booking Annie!

I'm not sure how many times I said to her, "there's no way we could've done this without you," but I really, really meant it. Greta caught small errors by our other vendors that saved us headaches and money in the long run. While we hired her specifically to execute all the aspects of the wedding that we planned, she went beyond the scope of her work to make sure that we felt secure and on track to pull this wedding off. Jessica & Denecia were both amazing from the first initial point of contact Jessica was responsive she answered our millions of questions and concerns and on the wedding day she executed everything so well she was calm at all times and kept everyone else calm she made sure all of the vendors were there and that everything and everyone was setup. Once the wedding was over she made sure everything was packed up for me and put in its designated place she made sure I didn’t have to worry about anything! Her communication was exceptional and she’s such a hard worker and so was Denecia who helped with setup and coordinating the wedding party . I highly recommend! :)
