If I could give Cheyenne all of the stars, I would!!! Cheyenne was referred to me by a client of mine. She used Cheyenne for her wedding and had worked alongside her at many other weddings. She told me I really needed to consider hiring Cheyenne for my wedding if I was using a planner because of the incredible work she knew she did. I can't emphasize enough how happy I am with hiring Cheyenne. Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness and caring speaks volumes. From the time she took over as of my day-of wedding planner, I felt supported and confident that I would have the best wedding day ever. We had weekly check-in video or phone calls until a month out from wedding day, and bi-weekly check-ins for the whole month before my wedding. She would always keep me in the loop with tasks she had completed and guided me with whatever tasks I needed to complete. The morning of the wedding my mom and sister were freaking out with anxiety and asking me, “Why aren’t you nervous?!” I replied, “What do I have to be nervous about?” Between the numerous variables being managed by Cheyenne, and seeing how she handled all of my vendors via phone and email leading up to the day, I really felt that I did not have to worry about a thing. My gut was right because the day was flawless and I was completely able to enjoy myself. And while I was able to enjoy myself, I was even happier that my husband could enjoy himself thanks to Cheyenne’s assistant. He helped my husband navigate the day without worrying about anything other than enjoying himself. My husband is a VERY picky man, so the fact that he was floored by Cheyenne’s services says a lot LOL. For that, I will be forever grateful. Your day will be what you want and more with the help of Cheyenne. Don’t think twice about working with her over your other choices!

Working with Simply Elegant Events and their coordinator, Cheyenne, for my boyfriend’s birthday party was an absolute dream! Every detail was beautifully planned and executed, making the event both stunning and seamless. From start to finish, Cheyenne went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. The decorations were breathtaking—every space was transformed into exactly what I’d imagined and more. But it didn't stop there! My boyfriend surprised me with a proposal during the party, and Cheyenne helped plan every moment of it, making the night even more unforgettable. She handled everything with such care and thoughtfulness, making sure everything went off without a hitch. I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing team to handle such an important day. We're all about the details—from designing the space to making sure the day runs smoothly, so couples can relax and enjoy. Our team specializes in creating custom themes and personal touches that make each wedding feel really special and true to the couple.

Yes, we absolutely do! In addition to weddings, we plan all kinds of events, like baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, and corporate gatherings. We bring the same attention to detail and personalized approach to every event, making sure each one feels unique and memorable. Whether it’s a small, intimate gathering or a bigger celebration, we’re here to make the planning process easy and enjoyable.

No, we don’t take on multiple weddings in a day or even the same weekend. This allows us to fully focus on each couple and give their wedding the time and attention it deserves. We’re all about providing a personalized experience, so dedicating ourselves to one event at a time helps us make sure everything goes smoothly and that each couple feels truly supported on their big day.

For vendor meetings and site visits, we’ll meet in person as well to go over all the details together. For full planning, we’ll connect once a week, and for partial planning, as needed based on your preferences. Day-of coordination includes twice-weekly meetings starting two months out. No matter the service, you’ll get those twice-weekly check-ins in the last two months before your wedding, along with support at key vendor meetings and site visits.

Yes, you’ll be working directly with me for all the planning, and I’ll be your lead coordinator on-site for the wedding. On the day of, I’ll also have one day-of coordinating assistants with me to help make sure everything runs smoothly. Together, we’ll be there to support you and keep everything on track.
