From the start Sarah took time to get to know us as a couple, to ensure our wedding day reflected who we are. Sarah was always 10 steps ahead, thinking about every little detail of our special day. Her organization was extremely impressive to see first hand. Even the vendors we spoke with face-to-face raved about her organization, professionalism, and how easy it is to work with her. I think it speaks volumes that everyone she interacts with (clients and vendors alike) love to work with her. She is outstanding at balancing all the moving parts of a wedding with ease, and always made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. Sarah always took the time to help us finetune even the smallest of details, making sure the day would include everything we wanted. So many of our friends have said the wedding process was one of the most stressful times in their lives, but we did not have that experience at all and this is hugely attributed to Sarah and her team. The experience was enjoyable and exciting, and we never once found ourselves overwhelmed. We would have never been able to make it to our wedding day while still having fun, if we didn’t have Sarah leading our team. On the day of our wedding, Sarah and her team were OUTSTANDING! We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! Her team was there with me the entire day, while Andi organized the vendors and event space, to support me. I feel like normally you hear people talk about at least one thing going wrong, but I never felt that way. The day after our wedding, I woke up being unable to think of a single thing that went wrong. Our day was truly magical and it was all thanks to Musa. Our ceremony and reception set up was done exactly the way we had described and even exceeded expectations when we told her to use her creative liberties! I am the type to stress about details and worry about things running smoothly, but on our wedding day, I didn’t think twice about anything but enjoying the day. We knew Renee had it handled. If I thought of something last minute to bring up to Renee she would immediately say with ease, “we have it handled, don’t worry about a thing!!” I can’t emphasize how much that meant to us. My biggest advice to anyone planning a wedding would be to book a wedding planner and to get RENEE!!!! We will forever look back on our wedding knowing we, and everyone at our wedding, fully enjoyed every second and were not swept up in day-of tasks and duties. So I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this because my experience very easy and pleasant. I wasn’t left to plan my own wedding. The wedding planners here were very attentive and they basically helped me plan my wedding. Think of it like we planned my wedding together. The price was perfect too cause wedding planners are expensive. They even hooked me up with transportation and flowers for my wedding. Prestige Planning Co. was really great and I would recommend them to anyone.

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience having Johanna as our wedding coordinator. She is the best of the best (and we heard it from ALL our vendors!). The absolute best decision I made throughout my entire wedding planning process was hiring Carolina Hatton to help coordinate for our wedding day. Carolina and her team went above and beyond from the moment we first spoke through even after our wedding day was over. Not only did she think of every small detail to help our day go smoothly, but her vendor recommendations and connections actually helped us save some money. Carolina worked with all of our vendors to create a foolproof timeline that allowed us to be able to relax, focus on each other, and enjoy our day with friends and family. Wedding planning can be overwhelming sometimes, but Carolina helped us make sure we were asking all the right questions at the right time. I learned later that there actually was an issue with a different vendor the day-of, however, Carolina immediately discussed with my mom and took care of business to solve the problem while ensuring I wasn’t worried about anything on my wedding day. Her team is able to execute difficult tasks at the drop of a hat. I ended up needing a quick bio break right before walking down the aisle, and her team was able to quickly and seamlessly block off a route for me to shuffle to the church bathroom in my huge gown without being seen before the ceremony. On top of all of this - Carolina is such a kind person! Her warm presence and professional demeanor made working with her even more delightful. She has planned several weddings and events before and knows how to troubleshoot mishaps that may happen on the wedding day in real time. She understands that the day of the event is a special moment for everyone involved and she knows not to bring stress to the wedding party and to allow them to live in the moment. At subsequent weddings, I have felt that my friends needed this approach with their planners on their wedding day/weekend. I, being their guest or in their bridal party felt the disorganization that their planners or self-planning brought. This was not the case with Kawania. We had glowing comments about our wedding day for even a year after and how it was not just a ceremony but a day of entertainment. She is an excellent communicator. We had regular meetings throughout the year, about once a week. I have seen my friends have wedding planners who do not get back to them for several days after they have a question about their wedding. Kawania brought my vendors to me instead of me having to look for vendors on my own and when one did not work she always had another one that could take the place. She set up meetings with me and my vendors one-on-one and reviewed all of our vendor contracts to make sure that we were getting a fair contract and that expectations for the vendor and for us were both reasonable and what we were looking for. Being a very busy working professional I appreciated that Kawania went above and beyond to make sure that I stayed on the schedule and was extremely patient when there were moments when I could not. I value how she brought my vision to life and had such great attention to small details that my day was exceptional. I have seen my guests feature elements of my wedding at their subsequent events and it speaks to how she was able to set the bar high for what a classy and unique event should be. Far beyond a wedding planner, she has become someone that I keep in contact with after the wedding. She even checked in on me when there was a major catastrophic event that took place in the area where I lived months after the wedding. There were even moments when I became uncertain or stressed and focused on the wrong thing when it came to my wedding. Kawania, quite like a mother figure helped me realize what my focus should be and to ignore all other distractions so that when I walked down the aisle, I was in full confidence of how the day was going to be and did not feel a single ounce of stress on my wedding day. I could not be more thrilled to work with Kawania again. Although I do not see myself getting remarried I would certainly work with her for any big event I needed in the future. She has such a positive energy and global about her and brings a light to every interaction even difficult ones that makes her pleasant, respectable, dependable, and all around the absolute reason why my big day went off such success. I cannot state how tirelessly she and her team worked so when I did meet them in person but felt like I was meeting friends who knew exactly what I wanted. You will not regret working with Kawania and Howerton Wooten events!
