I included decoration set up/take down services with their coordination and it made the day so easy- my family and I were fully able to relax and enjoy the day while they set up. I had the most PERFECT wedding day- I’m sure things went wrong along the way, but I never even found out about it because the eventfully designed team took care of it. Adaobi helped us manage the budget and find vendors that worked within our budget that still fulfilled our vision of the day. The day of help was tremendous - they worked with the vendors to confirm details, ensuring furniture and games arrived & were set-up as directed. They also made sure the various tables were set-up just as we had laid out. Even the little details like sneakily fluffing my wife's dress just before we walked down the aisle - very appreciated. As a wedding vendor, I see many people try and do this job but either are too carefree to stay on the timeline, or too stressing to be easy to work with. On my own accord I’ll tell you - Rebekah is the best of both worlds. We worked an event together with a very quick turnaround, a strange logistical situation, and a timeline that didn’t skip out on much. From day one, Jessica was the most valuable part of my planning process - I truly could not have done this without her and her team. She took away almost all of my anxiety every time we met for our pre-planning meetings, she knows the best vendors and the best wedding tips/tricks, she keeps your head on straight through all of the stress, and the way that her mind works is INCREDIBLE. She helped me plan everything down to the literal minute and I ended up feeling SO confident in our plans that I barely had any anxiety on the day of because I KNEW that she and her team had everything handled. I genuinely didn’t worry about anything because Kristin and Audrey (my day of coordinators) were familiar with the plans and they handled every little thing. We held our wedding at Camino Real Ranch and our planning team collaborated so well with the venue and the other vendors. We even booked our DJ service (with Brice!) and that also made things so easy - I knew that Jess and her team would choose the BEST DJ for us that she trusted and it worked out perfectly. I also loved when I would book vendors and tell them that I was working with 3 of Cups and they would be SOOO excited to work with the 3oC team because they're that effective and trusted in the industry! I had a fantastic experience with Dominique as my coordinator! I love that her Day-Of coordination is actually more like month-of. It was really nice to have her help out with vendor communications starting 6 weeks out and the creation of the timeline and table layout. I DIY’ed a lot so it was great to have her help!. She worked with me to make a backup layout 3 days before when the forecast was severe thunderstorms for my mostly outdoor wedding day (luckily, the rain missed us for the most part and I still got to get married outside!). The rehearsal went smoothly and we were able to practice a few times and ask any last minute questions. Then the day of our wedding, she helped to make everything go smoothly. Our ceremony started on time, and our music was queued perfectly, and I never once heard of any issues with any other setup. I was able to relax and enjoy the day! She was also great at keeping an eye on all of my vendors. She even noticed when my caterer left early and emailed them after the wedding to request a refund for the missed time. I am so glad we got a coordinator and I’m even more glad we went with PHOX!

I’ve said it to anyone and everyone: Wedding Day Girl was one of the best investments we made towards our wedding. After we chose our venue, I didn’t feel like I was going to need full wedding planning services that come with a coordinator that is involved from day 1 as our venue dictated food, beverage and rentals through their own vendors. I knew I wanted something more than a “day of” planner and after some research I stumbled across Wedding Day Girl. Our wedding day girl, Kylie, was absolutely incredible. We first met her in person when she came to our final meeting with our venue (about 6 weeks prior to the wedding) and I was blown away by her. She was ON IT. She contacted all of our vendors : hair and makeup, florals, band, cake etc prior to the wedding, kept me up to date on vendor payments, planned out the perfect schedule for the day of and was always available and ready to help or answer questions. She came to the rehearsal to facilitate the walk through making sure everything was in place and everyone knew when to walk down the aisle, where to stand and where to sit. On the day of our wedding, she was there making sure everything ran smoothly. She set up the tables how I wanted them, kept us on time, helped me change into my reception dress, moved furniture around, moved florals where they should be, packed up the bridal lounge and moved things into our suite so we didn’t have to worry about anything after our send off. Our wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without Kylie. She’s the best and I can’t say enough good things about her and the service provided by Wedding Day Girl.

Simply Elegant Group was by far my favorite vendor! Every single person we talked to from Lindsay Mackey, their amazing manger and our first contact to the hotel-block assistant was a joy to work with, communicative and helpful. The workbook, spreadsheets, and connections with other coordinators and vendors made the whole wedding planning process more enjoyable and streamlined. We chose the Day of Coordination and are very grateful to have had Hanh as our wedding coordinator! Hanh is worth her weight in gold! With Day of Coordination we received not only ten hours of custom coordination from the wonderfully efficient and empathic Hanh, we also had the help of her assistant. This was perfect because someone was by my and my husband’s throughout the day. I loved that with SEG we had a whole team of magnifically organized, thorough and compassionate individuals to support us in executing our dream wedding. Once we had submitted our information Lindsay contacted us to go over all of the things included in wedding planning. She created a rough draft of our day of timeline and gave us access to our Wedding Workbook. They have templates for everything you will need for organizing your wedding and making sure you do not miss out on important, but often overlooked details. Two months before our wedding date we were connected with Hanh. From our first meeting throughout the whole time before the wedding and for the duration of our wedding itself Hanh was both our wedding angel and ninja rolled all into one. I had done a lot of the initial setting up vendors, but as soon as she could she took over as my contact person. This meant the vendors had to email/reach out to Hanh and left me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. From this point on I started to enjoy wedding planning.I love that she reached out to not only myself, but included my now husband and daughter in on a meeting. If there were any hiccups leading up to the wedding I did not know until they were already handled. On our wedding day, everything went smoothly for my husband and I and our family.Again if there were any mishaps my husband and I were oblivious of them and we had the best wedding ever! Hiring Kristan as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made! I chose an a la carte kind of venue, which meant I had to source my own wedding caterer, décor, and design. When Kristan came into the picture, she helped everything run smoothly and even gave us many more ideas and recommendations to make our day so much more eventful and special! There were so many elements of my wedding and moving pieces that involved the help of friends and family, so it was inevitable that a small miscommunication between my mom and me led to missing table numbers and no bucket for our sparklers at the end of the night. However, Kristan was there and available to rescue us and she handled everything on the fly, easily smoothing out any hiccups without me, Connor, or my family and friends having to spend any time working to fix anything awry on our big day. She was a godsend! I was MOST excited about eating my wedding food, and we planned to eat before the ceremony, but the food was running behind! Kristan was so on top of things and quickly adjusted our schedule to get our food out to us within a good time! With all our planning and discussions in advance, she knew how important eating the food was to me. I'm telling y'all - I did NOT worry for a second, and I felt completely confident in Kristan's ability to care of everything. Boy did she deliver!! She also organized our rehearsal dinner, and we had so many compliments about how professional and put-together she was- she had her mic and speaker box, and it was clear she was in full control of the event! Beyond her incredible communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, Kristan has the most energetic and cheerful personality! She never made us feel bad for switching plans, changing ideas, or adjusting timelines- she rolled with it all seamlessly. That was such a huge relief, especially as someone who leans a bit more towards people-pleasing, to have someone that never made me feel bad about what I wanted and encouraged and rolled with all of my ideas with such genuine excitement! :) We love her, we've already recommended her to friends who are using her for their wedding, and we will continue to recommend her to anyone planning their big day!! I have received over 1,000 images/videos in content, and still have even more coming! What’s crazy is half the time, we didn’t notice Katelyn there, but she still somehow captured every moment! I love that she wasn’t in our faces or constantly bothering us for photos/videos. This way, we were able to enjoy every aspect of our day! Katelyn truly embodied what being “behind the scenes” means! She was also always there when someone did want to ask for a photo, and always obliged, even when my mom was constantly asking her LOL. We got our raw footage back within 48 hours, and most of it after less than 24 hours. We are so grateful for Katelyn capturing all of our special moments!
