You should get to experience and ENJOY your wedding day. Don't worry about vendors arriving, whether you're on schedule or who's supposed to be where. I will do that while you focus on getting married! Nothing makes me happier than worry-free couples having a blast on their wedding day! I'm often asked what style of wedding I specialize in. My answer is, "all of them." Weddings are big or small, any and every color of the rainbow, modern, classic, whimsical or even off-the wall! Every couple is unique and has their own ideas. I'm here to make it happen! My focus is giving you stress-relief and peace to enjoy your wedding planning process.

From start to finish, you work with Jen, the owner of Altar Ego Weddings. You are never handed off to someone else. I pride myself in bringing your vision to reality and making it even better than you thought it could be. I will listen to your wants and dreams and together we will set realistic expectations of the budget and plan. You will sit back, relax and enjoy the planning process and your wedding day knowing you are in capable, caring hands.

Description

The "Create" package is our ultimate service and is considered full-service wedding planning! We will assist you in every aspect of your wedding planning process. This package will provide the greatest benefit of hiring a wedding planner. We will be there from start to finish and direct your special day!

The "Guide" package allows you to add onto the "Month of" package. Select from a list of services specific to your needs. If you have some aspects of your wedding planned, but need assistance with completing the rest and directing the wedding day, try this package! Add only what you need.

The "Direct" package is considered "Month Of" or "Day Of" coordination. If you want some initial direction but would like to do all of your planning, this is for you! You get access to your planner from the get go to ask questions via email and then we will come in one month before the wedding and execute your plans!

    Finding the right planner for your wedding can feel overwhelming—it truly can make or break your big day. Well, let me tell you, we hit the jackpot with Jennifer Ashford from Altar Ego Weddings! From our first meeting, we knew she was the rockstar we needed to bring our vision to life. Jennifer was incredibly conscientious of both our needs and our budget, making magic happen every step of the way. She worked seamlessly with Memory Lane's owner, Bobby, to ensure our day was absolutely stunning and everything I had dreamed of. There wasn’t a single question or crazy idea she couldn’t handle—she made us feel so heard and special throughout the entire process. Her organization and calm-yet-commanding presence on the day of were unmatched. She struck the perfect balance of chill and focused, making sure every detail was executed exactly as we envisioned. I was even able to fully relax the day of (which is not easy for me—I’m usually pretty anxious!) because I knew she had everything under control. Jennifer’s day-of assistant was also phenomenal—so sweet and helpful the entire night. Together, they made our wedding day run like a dream, and I genuinely felt no stress, just pure joy. If you want your wedding to be magical, stress-free, and expertly executed, I cannot recommend Altar Ego Weddings enough.     I cannot recommend Jenn at Altar Ego Weddings enough! From the start, her experience and knowledge were clear. She has the best contacts in the business, and she helped me build an incredible vendor team for my wedding. While I wasn’t someone who dreamed of my wedding since childhood, I did have a vision, and Jenn brought it to life while ensuring we were good stewards of our budget. Jenn was a pro at handling tough conversations with vendors, providing clear feedback when needed, and reviewing contracts to ensure everything was in our best interest. Her negotiating skills helped us secure great deals, and she kept me organized with payment deadlines, form requests, and every other detail I would have overlooked. The planning process had its stressful moments, but Jenn was my biggest supporter and advocate, always reminding me to focus on the bigger picture—marrying my husband. In the end, she wasn’t just a planner but a true friend and accountability partner throughout the entire process.
