Our team consists of experienced coordinators passionate about working with couples to create weddings that reflect who they are. At 3 of Cups, we can help you with everything from managing your budget to planning your honeymoon. Our A La Carte menu services include design, sound and DJ, photography and cinematography, and location scouting. Founder and owner Jessica Ryan-Garcia set up 3 of Cups in 2014, intending to make a safe, non-discriminatory space within the wedding community. A member of the Associated Wedding Planners of Austin, Jessica has actively participated in improving the ethics and moral standards of the events industry. She and her team have planned over 500 weddings thus far and are prepared to take on occasions of all sizes, at home and abroad.     If you are looking for a world-class, organized and supportive wedding coordinator, 3 of Cups is our recommendation. We searched for someone who could help build out our timeline while also ensuring everything runs smoothly. The moment we spoke to Jessica at 3 of Cups we knew we had to hire her for our day of coordinator. The first thing that grabbed our attention about Jessica was the way she navigated through her process (Google Docs expert, navigating tabs to illustrate her point of view and having answers before we knew we had the questions ). We normally consider ourselves to be pretty self-sufficient when it comes to planning parties and events, but we knew we couldn’t do it all. We needed someone to help with the day of logistics. Jessica is truly a delight to get to know as a person. She made the process fun, put our minds to ease when we had doubts or concerns about how to do certain things and understood exactly the vibe we were going for. Throughout the process she offered advice but also was willing to listen to our suggestions. So happy we had Jessica’s expertise and personal touch to make our wedding day that much more perfect.

    My husband and I had the most incredible experience working with Jessica and her team for our wedding planning journey. Coming from different cultural backgrounds, we knew combining our families' traditions would be an interesting endeavor, but Jessica and her staff handled it with such grace and skill that it made everything incredibly easy for us. From the moment we met Jessica, we knew we were in good hands. Her attention to detail and passion for her work were evident from the start, and she went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our special day was perfect. Her expertise and guidance were invaluable throughout the planning process, and she was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. One of the highlights of our wedding was having Jessica's husband George as our DJ. He did an amazing job of keeping the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long. His professionalism and talent were truly exceptional, and we couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our celebration. In fact, we were so impressed with Jessica's work that we recommended her to my best friend, who also enlisted her services for her wedding. Once again, Jessica exceeded all expectations and created a beautiful and unforgettable day for my friend and her now-husband. Overall, I cannot recommend Jessica and her team highly enough.
