Wedding Coordination

Whether you've nailed everything down to the tee, or whether you need help tying those loose ends together, we've got you covered. We offer day-of and month-of wedding coordination services. The coordinator will be your contact person so that you won't be bombarded and overwhelmed with questions demanding answers, and details requiring attention. We will oversee the specifics of your wedding and shall ensure that those elements are implemented precisely as you have envisioned.

The coordinator will confirm all of your vendors in advance to verify with certainty that the contracted services are ready for execution, and will work in close collaboration with the DJ to create a seamless reception. The coordinator shall perform the role as the appointed liaison between you, your guests, and each vendor to deliver a smooth, organized, and stress free day. On your special day, your only responsibility is to enjoy and savor every moment without breaking a sweat.

Description	Planning a wedding can be a very difficult task for anyone. Let Trivino Entertainment take that stress away and bring your story board wedding to life.	This is for a month of coordinator. This comes with a team of two. One head month of of coordinator that will help you coordinate/manage your vendors, weekly phone calls, and organization of wedding. Second is the assistant wedding coordinator. This person helps make the wedding run flawlessly by doing anything necessary.	Up 6 hours on site for your day of wedding coordinator. This is for those couples who have planned everything themselves and just need someone to orchestrate and coordinate the day of.

Could not ask for better planners. Maria was professional and responsive. The closer I got to the big day the more questions I had but Maria was quick to reply and was the calm we needed. The big day went without a hitch.
