They have three locations, we used the Englewood location and we loved it! It was a perfect outdoors ceremony and reception. The owners are super nice and super laid back too. Will absolutely consider them for other events as well.

We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.

Pretty Prairie Farm is truly a one of a kind unique venue, all original woodwork, cleaned and restored to its original charm, the perfect place for your perfect day. At Pretty Prairie Farm you can choose any caterer you like, although we do have a list of some great local companies that we have had in the past as well as DJ’s and other vendors. We have an inside capacity of 350 guests. Below are a few links to some previous weddings to give you a better idea of the property. The barn was build in 1840 and the Victorian house in 1896, both have been restored to capture all the original charm and yet incorporate handicapped bathrooms, prep rooms, and bar. The farm is located 1/2 mile off the road down a paved lane lined with 118-year-old hedges. We only rent the property once per weekend so you have access the day before and after your wedding day, allowing you to fully enjoy your wedding day celebrating

As a photographer I very much enjoy shooting here! The hedges are a classic look to this beautiful home that in addition to has about a million spots to shoot at! The barn has a balcony to shoot above from for fun shots of the action. I've loved every wedding I've gotten to shoot here.

We worked with Kayla who was so helpful from the start of the planning process to the very end, we only had a 6 month engagement, which was no problem with how easy planning with Darby House was! Kayla, along with our other vendors, made our wedding day so perfect and there wasn't a second where I was worried about the timeline of events or things being where they needed to be, because Darby House had it covered! The all-inclusive pricing made planning so much easier since so many vendors come as a part of the package when you book your wedding, it saved me time and mental energy to just relax and focus on my relationship with my now husband. We loved our Darby House Wedding and I hope I get to attend a wedding there in the future!

Our barn is over 100 years old and we added on a new barn onto it. Together they can seat up to 200 people for a wedding reception. We have added beautiful bistro lighting so not a lot of additional decorating is needed. You have your choice of 4 different outdoor ceremony sites. A grain bin gazebo on a stamped cement pad with bistro lighting is available to be used as a ceremony site or the setting for cocktail hour / outdoor bar. The bridal party has the admissions barn to use for wedding prep and the room on the back of our new restroom building is where the groomsmen can get ready in.

From the moment we first contacted The MAiZE at Little Darby Creek, we were impressed by their patient, flexible, and informative communication style. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with a unique and spacious layout that provided ample room for our wedding celebration. One of the standout moments was when the staff personally escorted my 91-year-old grandmother to the ceremony and back to the reception, ensuring she was comfortable and taken care of. They also recommended an excellent DJ. The kids (and adults!) had a wonderful time exploring the slides and taking the wagon ride over to the ceremony site. We are so grateful to the team at The MAiZE for helping make our special day truly unforgettable.

Alton Farmstead was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The staff was incredibly helpful, serving as an extra set of hands when needed, and incredibly kind and attentive throughout the process. Natalie was extremely responsive during the booking process, which was smooth and organized, and she continued to be timely and informative with her communication leading up to our big day. She kept on top of all the details, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. The venue itself was everything I dreamed of - the beautiful, rustic charm with gorgeous floral accents. Our guests are still raving about the venue and how beautiful it was. White Willow Meadows was an absolute dream venue for our wedding. From the moment we inquired, the team was fast, efficient and incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and guiding us through the planning process. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, with stunning landscaping and well-maintained facilities. We received so many compliments about how beautiful our venue was. We loved having the option to host our ceremony in the beautiful gardens or covered patio. The on-site overnight lodging at the dairy barn was also a huge perk that we really enjoyed. The White Willow Meadows team was wonderful to work with and truly made our special day perfect in every way.

It was so appreciated when there are so many things to keep in mind and so many tasks to cross off your list. They made everything so much easier! The way everything came together looked absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations by far. The decor was done so beautifully and we were very impressed. The food was amazing, the bartender was great and super friendly and every single guest made comments to me about how wonderful the event was and how nice the venue was. We could not be any happier with our decision to get married at the Makoy. It was absolutely perfect!!!

Additionally, the charming farmhouse onsite is perfect for the wedding party or guests. The owners are accommodating and responsive to any questions or needs we had. I was a wedding photographer for years. I always hoped for weddings at The Willow Tree as I knew the event would be seamless and I would capture fairytale images abound. Then when I was engaged, I knew it was the only place I wanted to be married. Ben is amazing to work with, helpful and open to any ideas. He makes the day effortless and exactly what you dream of. It has been almost 4 years since my wedding there and people still stop and tell me it was the most magical, beautiful wedding they have ever been to. The only tiny issue I had was.I wish you could get in a little earlier in the morning to start decorating. But that is minor and I am a perfectionist. Everything is thought out and flows perfectly. It is somehow grand, dream like and sweeping while also being intimate. The cost is reasonable. But truly, you can't really put a price on magic.

My wife and I held our wedding reception at The Grand in September 2023, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome! We had booked the space about 18 months prior in early 2022 and at that time, there was a different chef and day-of coordinator than those we ended up with by the time of our wedding. While these and some other changes were a bit stressful in the months leading up to our big day, this space has a lot to offer, and we ended up in good hands with Olivia, who was far better at communicating than the prior DoC. Everything came together beautifully on our wedding day, and we received a lot of compliments about the food (prepared onsite by Chef Travis) from our guests. The event center's immediate connection to the adjoining hotel is also a bonus for guests' peace of mind, and we appreciated the free parking. Grandview Yard has definitely elevated its status in recent years with new shops, housing, and food options, and we enjoyed being close to downtown where many of our photo locations and our ceremony space were also located. It's also worth noting that this space felt more authentic than a lot of the other places we looked at around town. There are a lot of "cookie-cutter" venues out there, but we felt that we had a uniquely tailored experience at The Grand. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough, and I think it's a fair value for the money!

Our wedding at HLHC was gorgeous. Everything flowed nicely in that space. They have excellent staff who were all so helpful in planning the perfect day. They were flexible and easy to plan with out-of-state, and they were accommodating for me to visit and see the new renovations. Kate, our day-of coordinator, did an excellent job to make sure everything went smoothly. The catering and bartending services were fantastic! I'm still getting compliments on the cocktails, haha.
