Guests enjoy a long, scenic drive down our tree-lined lane to the venue and private exclusive access to all 1,200 acres of event (personal information protected by Zola) both indoor and outdoor spaces, Darby House makes a statement. From custom-made grand chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the venue to the creek views from the Waterside Terrace, the elegance and charm of our wedding venue will leave a lasting impression on your guests.

Waterside Terrace & Patio

This outdoor space is wonderful for wedding ceremonies, dinners, or networking receptions. Our outdoor space offers stunning views of the Big Darby Creek from the side patio for guests to enjoy. Equipped with bistro lighting, a fire pit, lawn space for yard games, and walking paths, the spacious grounds are available for guests during the entire event.

Description

The pricing of your venue rental cost will vary on the month you decide to book and the amount of rental time you will need. Our Off-Peak Season pricing is between the months of December - March and our Peak Season pricing is from April - November. Our two rental timeframe packages are Half-Day and All-Day packages which fluctuate between 9 hours of venue access and 12 hours. Friday Off-Peak Season Event Minimum is $8,000 and Friday Peak Season Minimum is $10,000.

    I got married at Darby House on April 6th, 2024! The venue itself is beautiful, so classy and romantic. We worked with Kayla who was so helpful from the start of the planning process to the very end, we only had a 6 month engagement, which was no problem with how easy planning with Darby House was! Kayla, along with our other vendors, made our wedding day so perfect and there wasn't a second where I was worried about the timeline of events or things being where they needed to be, because Darby House had it covered! The all-inclusive pricing made planning so much easier since so many vendors come as a part of the package when you book your wedding, it saved me time and mental energy to just relax and focus on my relationship with my now husband. We loved our Darby House Wedding and I hope I get to attend a wedding there in the future!

    I cannot express enough how incredible it was to have our October 2020 wedding at the Darby House in Galloway! Not only was Nicole, the most professional and caring coordinator we could have ever asked for but the staff and everyone on the team was so helpful and caring it made wedding planning a breeze! (Nicole even lent me her scarf when i was outside and freezing at one point between ceremony and Reception!!!). We fell in love with the venue when we drove into the property, but the building and surroundings are so beautiful full of history and elegance you will barely need any decorations it speaks for itself! The Darby House team provides you with all of the planning tools you will need as well as several other tools for inspiration, decoration and support throughout your wedding planning process. Do yourself a favor and make the trip out to visit Nicole and her Team... You will not regret it.
