Industrial White brick walls, Concrete floors for even photo tones, Adorned with Two large south facing windows for loads of natural light. The back wall has the beautiful statement curtain wall. The space has Air conditioning & heating Backdrop wall mount with three neutral colors: white, bone, mocha as well as the Rolling wall on wheels with two colors: black & white. The space also has a assortment of furniture, and chairs and tables to rent if needed. Sink, mini fridge and on site restroom

I hear a lot of my brides who elope wanting a beautiful space to say I do, but being limited to extreme venue prices when they only have a hand full of people. This is the perfect spot for those brides, they get a space where they can still make it feel special, that is tailored to a intimate amount of guests, without having to pay out a crap ton of money. I have seen bridal showers and rehearsal dinners here as well, great space for your cozy personal bride.

Event pricing is $150/hr. A 20%, non-refundable deposit must be paid to reserve the date. A four hour minimum is required.

We have three 8’ folding tables and 30 wooden folding chairs available to rent.

No. Set up and tear down time must be included in your booked time slot. For example, if your event is from 2:00-6:00 p.m., and you need an hour to set up, and 30 minutes to tear down, you would book Zurie from 1:00-6:30 p.m.

You can source your food from anywhere you choose. For a low-key, casual event, we recommend creating your own food station. You can pick up food from your favorite restaurant or have it delivered. You can also hire a small catering team to create a more custom, elevated experience.

Yes, but you have to clean up after and take all alcohol with you when you leave.

Yes! After 3PM, our renters and your party have access to our full parking lot. During breakfast and lunch hours, you are allotted use of 4 parking spots in the lot. All others before 3pm will park on the free street parking.
