We absolutely loved working with Jaclyn and Gina for our wedding day in September! We hired Two Little Birds for day-of coordination, and from the moment Jaclyn joined us at our final venue walk through, we knew we had the absolute right person in the room taking care of us. Jaclyn is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and personable. We were comfortable with her immediately. During our initial venue walk through, Jaclyn had an existing rapport with our venue contact and asked all the right questions we didn’t even think to ask. It was clear she and her team have done this a thousand times, and we knew we could trust her absolutely. Jaclyn took the stress out of the weeks leading up to our wedding day — seamlessly taking all over wedding communication, coordinating closely with our photographer and florist, and checking in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Jaclyn and Gina took such good care of us on our wedding day with incredible professionalism and ease. They tackled so many tasks big and small (directing our ceremony, facilitating the father-daughter first look, giving us tissues during the bride-groom first look, helping me bustle my dress several times, putting together gift bags, and more). There are likely more than a hundred little things they helped us with that we can’t even name, because they just took care of them. It really felt like Jaclyn was the best movie director, guiding us through all the moments and making everything easy, so we could just focus on having fun. She was willing to meet with us on facetime often, helped us brainstorm/decide certain design decisions for the details of our day, and was a great listener. Her taste is very sophisticated and she has a ton of experience with tablescapes/vintage styling so we trusted her to match/uphold our vision for our centerpieces, memory table, escort card table, matchbooks favors, etc. and also to come up with vignettes for the space on her own, as well. Our original venue day-of-coordinator actually ended up being out sick the day of our wedding, and Meghan quickly stepped in to help with my veil, getting us water, & making sure our things were in the right place at the right time, and even capturing a little BTS content which was fun to watch the next morning, etc. You will not regret booking/working with her!!

She also suggested floral and decor vendors, which we ended up using and they were fantastic. The bridal suite she set up with a charcuterie and champagne tower and it was so cute!!! We booked for both florals and planning. We could not be more grateful to Angel for her unbelievable help. When beginning to plan our wedding, we had some vague ideas of what we liked, but were not completely sure. Despite only advertising as a 3 month planner, Angel helped us from the day we booked with her (a little under a year and a half before our wedding). She recommended amazing vendors, let us run ideas and questions by her at any time, and helped us craft the most beautiful day. We intentionally decided that florals would be lower on our list of priorities and expenses. Angel also does florals through Greenhouse Events, and she showed us beautiful photos and had the most reasonable prices of any florist we had met. I had a few requests for florals: namely, I wanted a few peonies for my bouquet in November, and gave a few other types of flowers I'd love to see. Peonies are not in season in November in North America, so I knew it might be difficult. Flash forward to our wedding: Angel had everything so detailed and organized, and everything moved so seamlessly. She absolutely blew us away with her decor and florals. It probably looked like a wedding that would have spent triple what we actually did on florals based on the STUNNING flowers. When I asked for a few peonies, she delivered literal buckets of peonies. Everyone was talking to us about how stunning the decor was, and we couldn't agree more. Angel really picked up on what we did and didn't like, helped us identify the most important parts of the day, and made sure we felt special and taken care of with little things we wouldn't think of already planned for in advance. She also kept everything running smoothly but in a relaxed way that was not pushy or frustrating for guests, and kept us on schedule while allowing for extra time for things as they came up. We could not recommend Angel any more highly. She is truly a lifesaver and made our day unbelievably special and perfect.

Andree Collective did day-of-coordination for our wedding in October 2024. I’ll admit we felt like we had a pretty simple wedding already and were worried DOC would be excessive, but we took everyone’s advice and hired the day-of-coordinator anyway. Frankly, it was an easy decision to hire them given they’re a social enterprise (the opportunity to deploy a budget for a bigger purpose? I’m sold). Ultimately, we could not imagine our day without their help. We did a lot of DIY on our wedding and had our friends & family step up in some big ways so not only did Andree Collective help ease our stress on our wedding day, they went above and beyond making sure that our friends and families who had roles to play in our day were also comfortable and ready for the day. In addition, besides being incredibly helpful and thoughtful to us (B&G), even our families commented on how much easier and stress-free the day was, because we had Andree Collective around to help make sure everything went smoothly. Just to call out a few of the invaluable tasks they helped with: pre-planning to make sure we were on track in the month leading up to the day by creating the Day-Of-Timeline and doing all the legwork of finalizing details with vendors, showing up early on the Day-Of to make sure everything was situated and set up properly, helping corral family and friends to where they need to be for photos and just generally answering questions so that we didn't have too, helping to herd the cats to their dinner tables, and keeping tabs on what was going on throughout the event and reporting back so that we knew what was going on, but already working on a solution (like when we couldn't find the spare trash bags at the venue!). I could go on, but honestly, consider hiring a DOC and especially consider hiring a DOC who is giving back to the community. Andree Collective was truly are worth every single penny. It is your big day, you deserve to feel like a guest of honor at your party, not a host.

You are doing something wrong if you are not hiring Alex as your day of coordinator for your wedding!!! "Day Of" doesn't even really describe all that Alex did for my wedding as she came into the picture long before the actual day and helped me get all the nitty gritty details of our wedding figured out. She took care of EVERYTHING at our wedding and was the go-to person for vendors, our venue, and all of my family! I was relaxed knowing that everything was being taken care of and it allowed for both me and my now husband to be fully present and enjoy the day. Alex went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. I totally recommend!!

Literally the second after I got engaged, my mom sent me Andi's contact information, which she received from a mutual friend that had high praise praise for Musa Weddings. In a few days, Andi and I had set up a call and were signing a contract to work together. Whereas, the other planners that I contacted never got back to me. From our first conversation on, Andi and her team were a pleasure and joy to work with. They answered every little question we had, always checked in to ask how we were doing when we sounded stressed, was quick to respond, and was extremely organized. I quickly realized that I would've be lost without her. Her team recommended every vendor, created every timeline, kept up on track in our budget, and so much more. It was such a weight off of our shoulders to know that every vendor her team recommended, were people that she worked with consistently, so we knew they were trustworthy and would provide quality services.
