Tahoe Blue Estate is an 8600 SQ FT Luxury Estate sitting on over 1.7 acres of beautiful South Tahoe mountainside. Our home gives you the ability to not only host your wedding (we have both outdoor/indoor ceremony and reception areas), but also has your accommodations built in as well! During your stay (we have a 3 night minimum stay during non holidays), you have the whole home that can provide overnight accommodations for up to 14 people (7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms) and you will be able to host your big day for up to 50 guests (including those staying overnight) as well! Blackbird Farm is a rare jewel in rural Anderson Valley, sitting atop a mountain ridge, surrounded by redwoods and pine trees, containing open meadows, scenic lakes, and established fruit tree groves. Blackbird Farm operates as a Farm Stay Inn that hosts weddings, corporate retreats, vacations, and other events throughout the spring, summer and fall months. There are multiple indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces available. A unique feature of Blackbird Farm Stay Inn is our guest cabins that can be rented for up to 20 overnight guests.

Welcome. Olive Oaks is stunning four acre property, with a spectacular garden, vinyard views and pool. This special location is very private, yet feels open and expansive. We are located in Sebastopol, West Sonoma County, an area treaured for it's landscape, coastline, restaurants, vinyards and relaxed sophistication. Olive Oaks is filled inside and out with unique vintage treasures, achieved with years of collecting by the property owners. A barn with white interior may be used for dancing, catering, so many possibilities. The guest cottage is available for overnight rental. Shuttle and portable toilet rental are required, depending on guest count.
