I had an amazing wedding, let's start there, but Firehouse just made the day so much more stressful. We worked with Firehouse for two years in preparation for this day and we had everything done and finalized WEEKS before the wedding yet...when we showed up to the rehearsal dinner...it was as if the hours of planning we did went missing. Basically had to repeat everything we had set up and planned over the last two years during our rehearsal dinner. Then on the wedding day, all of the things we confirmed during the rehearsal, I was asked about again and again, not only eating into our timeline, but i feel like I spent most of my wedding day confirming things they already had the information and confirmation for. I wasn't able to finish my food because of the constant interruptions from firehouse staff. There were things that they promised they would do for us and never did them. For example, I handmade our table number cards and they said they would print them for us and on the wedding day, there were different cards than what we gave them. The coordinator was extremely rude to my wedding party, was nowhere to be found during the wedding day, never checked in with me until one of my bridesmaids had to get her and that bridesmaid was given an attitude after that. While I had an amazing wedding, there were some really essential pieces that were missing and the venue was the reason for every problem we had the day of so for that reason, I would not recommend this place, especially for the astronomical price they think they can charge for the average food, service, and planning we received.
