Big Pine Lawn

Your Outdoor Tahoe Destination Wedding Is Closer Than You Think

Our most popular outdoor wedding venue for both ceremonies and receptions. Surrounded by tall fir and pine trees, with long strings on bistro lights, and a tired stone platform. Big Pine Lawn leads directly off of the Big Pine Patio which is where your dance floor will be. Just inside the Big Pine Room, your buffet line will be laden with sumptuous offerings from our highly acclaimed kitchen team. There is a dedicated space for an outdoor bar and another for your DJ.

Mountain Deck

Plan your event at Granlibakken

Mountain Deck is a tiered paved outdoor area that adjoins the Mountain Ballroom and Pre-Function area. There are three sets of double doors leading out of Mountain Room onto the Mountain Deck, and this end of the ballroom has large glass windows that look out onto Mountain Deck when the automated drapes are up. Mountain Deck can be used for wedding ceremonies and receptions, or you can bring your reception inside and simply hold your ceremony on the deck.

Mountain Ballroom

Your wedding, your way

Granlibakken Tahoe's premier indoor wedding venue, with space for bars, dancefloor, and over 200 guests. In the summer months, the ballroom links seamlessly to our tiered Mountain Deck where an outdoor ceremony can be held. The ballroom boasts high ceilings and large glass windows. Mountain Ballroom is able to be divided into thirds, and can therefore be made smaller and more intimate to accommodate smaller weddings.
