Our family's homestead - our 166-acre historic organic ranch, nestled amongst towering eucalyptus and cypress trees, and sitting directly on the shores of Tomales Bay on the coast of West Marin - is a truly idyllic setting and unique wedding venue, with spectacular water views, pastures and rolling hills. Special Treats: Organic soft serve ice cream is a *huge* hit; plus we offer theater-style pop-corn and late-night bon fire (perfect for s'mores). Home Base: Our ranch is a perfect spot for family and friends to hang out, play lawn games, and as a home base to explore all that West Marin offers. Accommodations: Plenty of local accommodations, including on-site and within an easy 5-minute walk, or 10-minute drive.

Be on the coast, amongst 150 year old trees, and historic barn and home. What could be better?

A large open space with 29' peaked ceiling , with plenty of room for dinner, dancing (you don't even need a dance floor). A large section for caterers. We set up the fire pit outside after your dinner. It even has a view of Tomales Bay.

Yes. For approximately 50 cars.

Our Barn and Shed are wheelchair accessible. The house has a ramp to the restroom. The portable restrooms we provide, however, are not. For access to the pasture ceremony site, we can drive someone directly to the site.

Use of our House Garden and Pasture for a ceremony up to 25 people.

For an Elopement package, it's 3 hours. If you get our full package, you stay at our place in the house and have use of the facilities (Barn, Shed, House, Pasture, etc.) for two days and nights. You can always add nights.

We hope you won't cancel, but if required, we hold $2,500 of the Initial Payment.

Ask us for directions. We're about an hour and a half from both the Oakland and San Francisco Airports.

Yes. We ask that you get a Short Term Rental and Host Liquor Liability Insurance. The cost is approximately $125. Sometimes you can just add it to your own rental or homeowners policy for no cost. It's worth checking.
