About this venue

The Mill Valley Community Center is a beautiful and affordable option to host your wedding in Marin County. Just north of San Francisco, the Mill Valley Community Center offers a space that all couples fall in love with. The Cascade Room's hardwood floors, natural light, and vaulted ceilings makes this space customizable to fit every couple's needs and desires. We are also blessed to have one of Mill Valley's treasures, Old Mill Park, as a fabulous ceremony option. Surrounded by hundreds of Redwood trees, this space makes any wedding feel intimate and serene. After your ceremony in the Redwoods, come back to the Cascade Room to host your cocktail hour and reception at the Mill Valley Community Center and party all night long!

The Cascade Room is 4,100 sq. ft. of natural hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows. included with the room are two large outdoor patios that are perfect for cocktail hours and making memories.

The Cascade Room is rented hourly with no maximum amount of time. The Cascade Room is $2,800 for a 8-hour block of time, anything after the 8th hour is $180/hour fro Saturday's. The Cascade Room Sunday - Friday is $180/hour.

Description

The Old Mill Park Amphitheater rental ranges from $125 - $275/hour depending on the guest count and the renter's address. There is an additional $18/hour staffing fee for all weddings, small and large. We have a 3-hour minimum and a 6-hour maximum. We do not allow any alcohol in the parks.

We will set up and breakdown all of our equipment you choose to use. All equipment, such as tables and chairs, are included in the price.

Yes, we require special event one-day insurance for any event that 1) exceeds 100 people and/or 2) serves alcohol.

The Cascade Room is $2800 for an 8-hour block of time and is $180/hour after the 8th hour. Sunday - Friday it is $180/hour with a 4 hour minimum. You may rent as long as you want. All of the event's set up and breakdown must be done within the rental hour.

The Cascade Room has a $500 refundable deposit. Old Mill Park has an additional $100 refundable deposit. Any other rented rooms at the Mill Valley Community Center will have an additional $100 deposit.

We do not have a traditional “changing room”, but we do have a number of smaller community center rooms available to rent. The Tamalpais Room and Teen Zone Game Room are the most popular for weddings.

We do not have any in-house catering available, but we also do not have a list of preferred vendors! You may use whomever you would like. We do have a list of Suggest Vendors we can provide after you book with us. Please inquire with Facilities Coordinator.
