Sugar Bowl is known world-wide for its picturesque setting, gourmet food, imagina-tive menus and beautiful presentations. With accommodations for 80 people in the Lodge and more available on-site and nearby, you’re sure to host everyone comfortably for your special day.

THE VILLAGE LODGE

The Sugar Bowl Village Lodge is an inclusive wedding venue where the historic ski resort grounds become the entire setting. The results is an unforgettable destination weekend wedding. The Village Lodge and grounds provide endless locales for special moments to suit your vibe; laid - back sun deck, picturesque lawn, cozy Belt Room Bar- from 100 guests to 300 and casual BBQ to fine plated cuisine. Best of all, many of your guests can stay right at the Sugar Bowl Hotel for a weekend of shared memories. Site fee includes use of the Village Lodge from Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. to Sunday at noon. The Village Lodge can accommodate up to 300 guests outdoors, and 140 guests indoors.

LAKE MARY

With gorgeous views and the ability to have fun all day at the lake, this is the perfect spot to hold your rehearsal dinner. You and your guests will have access to Sugar Bowl’s private alpine lake for the duration of the day where you all may choose to relax for the afternoon, go for a paddle on one of our water toys, or simply soak up some rays. Finish your evening with an intimate rehearsal dinner under the alpenglow. Location can accommodate up to 120 guests for dinner. Site fee includes use of Lake Mary Cabin from 10am – 10pm, water toys, tables, chairs, etc. Wedding: Site fee includes use of the location for seven hours (one hour for ceremony and six hours for bar and reception). The Lake Mary Recreation Area can accommodate up to 120 guests. For any guest count over 50, you will be required to rent a portable restroom.
