Teyanna and Essence of Flair was truly an answer to prayer. I had a vision of what I wanted for my wedding day and she executed it perfectly. From our first meeting, she listened attentively and made sure she understood the assignment. Teyanna never tried to push her own agenda, what I wanted was always top priority. She was patient and also provided insight that helped me not only in the decor of my venue but in other areas of my wedding. Teyana was absolutely amazing. My wedding ceremony and reception were perfectly decorated and they exceeded my expectations. When I walked into the ceremony and reception area I said this is what I wanted. Teyanna held my hand through the process. If there were negative things happening, I did not know because Teyana was so in control and positive. I got so many compliments on the decor. All I can say is Essence of Flair understood my vision and followed through. Teyanna went above and beyond. I first met Dusti in January 2024, and the minute I met her, we clicked and I knew she was the perfect person to plan and execute our Un-Wedded Bliss Bash in October 2024. We sat down for a couple of hours to get to know each other and understand what we were looking for for our celebration. She first helped us locate the perfect venue to host the vibe and vision we wanted. Once that was complete. Dusti went to work to create our vision board that guided all of our choices and decisions to create the perfect evening. She is incredibly talented and creative and we fell in love with the elements she put forth. Then it was on to finding all of the vendors. Dusti has so much experience with so many vendors and she made our selection process smooth and stress free. The vendors she selected with us were perfect and she ensured they provided exactly what we wanted to make our dream come true. If she was ever stressed about anything she never showed it… always as cool and calm as a cucumber! Dusti has great communication skills and always kept me informed of where things stood or what might be needed. And when the big day came….she created the event space that was absolutely stunning! She coordinated all of the vendors, kept them all informed on the run of the show and expertly managed the entire preparation. She is so attentive to details and one step ahead of me.. always. I never had to worry about a thing. I cried when I saw the event space come to life. She and Sam took great care of us that evening, ensuring we had food or anything else we needed. I can’t say enough about her kindness, talent and expertise. All of our guests raved about the entire evening—-and we have Dusti and Indigo Moon Events to thank for that. Not only is she tremendous at what she does, I now call her my friend. I couldn’t imagine having done this without her. There wasn’t a thing I would change!

Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. We are so grateful for her dedication and attention to detail in making our wedding day perfect. I highly recommend booking Annie!

Brining Plus One Planning LLC on board for our wedding was actually the BEST decision we made. Meredith is a top notch professional. She knows all of the things wedding, event, and planning related, and she is ready to tailor it to your preferences. Big banger, small and intimate, any-budget, eco friendly, dog inclusive, you name it - she wants to know what YOU want, who you are, and she will support you to bring about your wedding in its truest form. We loved that she believes there is no right or wrong type of wedding - only your wedding! She helped us navigate what was important to us (local vendors, intimate celebration, nods to our dogs, relaxed atmosphere but elegant vibe), made sure we didn't miss any details or deadlines between planning and vendors, and was there to communicate and support us throughout the whole process. To this day one of my favorite things she did for us was create a beautiful color pallet for us to provide our families to help inspire their attire choices! She is so creative. Then on the day of she acted in her role as the "day-of-coordinator", something that I wish every couple had for their big day. It made all the difference. We didn't bat an eyelash, wonder, or worry. Everything was seen to, taken care of, and the day rolled on according to plan. Meredith made sure everything was lined up in advance: agenda, helpers, vendor arrivals, etc and her execution of the day was flawless. We were able to enjoy our day and EXPERIENCE our day without having to worry about logistics. To top it off, she is just good people. She is genuine, kind, and caring. She not only talks about taking care of our mental health during the wedding planning process, but she walks the walk. She provided us a great example and support for easing normal anxieties, navigating the array of emotions that comes with big life events, and someone to bounce ideas off when we just needed a little affirmation that yes. Wedding planning was seriously stress FREE, our wedding went off without a hitch, and we owe these things to our legend of a planner and friend - Meredith of Plus One Planning LLC. I would recommend her variety of services to anyone and everyone who will listen. We could not have done it without her!

She also saved my mental health in the months/weeks leading up to the wedding, not bothered by my many questions and random thoughts and happily answered them all. She took my random thoughts and my very rough vision for decor and ran with it. I was stunned and amazed when I saw how everything turned out. She also was amazing in dealing with an unhappy venue staff member at the end of the wedding, ensuring our evening was perfect. Brianna and Karin were absolute rockstars! They took on a super difficult task due to the nature of the venue -- an DIY outdoor center with no cell phone reception, and key sites separated by a 0.3 mile gravel path, plus literally 7 different locations for all the different events (rehearsal, his and hers getting ready, ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, and food storage cabin). Oh, also the venue team has never hosted a wedding before!!! B&K handled it perfectly. I truly don't know what we would have done without them. Thank you for helping make it such a truly unique and special day.

Jacki and her team are simply fabulous! There is so much more to hair and makeup services than simply making you look and feel your best, though they will do that too! Just as important is Jacki's understanding of wedding days and special events, their timelines, working with other vendors as a team, and how best to be able to touch up your makeup throughout the day (esp those lips!) and making sure you look fresh! She takes care to listen to her clients' needs rather than choosing what style to use. Jacki is just one of the kindest, most lighthearted and fun wedding professionals out there.
