Best. Day. Ever.
We cannot recommend Sara enough! She was the fairy godmother we didn’t even know we needed, turning our wedding day into something more perfect than we could have ever imagined. As someone who tends to be a bit of a control freak, I was worried about everything going perfectly. Fortunately, a family member recommended Sara, and we are so grateful they did. From start to finish, Sara went above and beyond. She answered every question we had, helped us create the wedding day we wanted (not the day we thought everyone else would want), and kept everything perfectly organized. She even added details that we didn’t even know we needed but that made all the difference. If you're looking for a wedding planner who is not just about making the day run smoothly, but also about creating the best day of your life, Sara is your person. She’s worth every single star—and then some! Five stars, without a doubt.

XOXO by Sara was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! Their communication was always quick, positive and above and beyond. They were so organized and optimistic, truly on the ball throughout the entire planning process. On the wedding day itself, Sara went truly above and beyond to make the ceremony and reception at Sanger House Gardens a truly magical experience. Our family and friends noted how caring and generous she was to ensure that the day went so smoothly. We truly couldn't have done it without her expert planning and support!

We cannot recommend Sara enough. Her professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail made our wedding a truly unforgettable and seamless experience. Our friends and family are still talking about how hard she worked on our wedding day. Sara's organizational skills were evident from the start. I was an organized bride, so I had all my vendors and decorations in order. However, she crafted a decor worksheet and helped me keep track of everything. She also meticulously made a timeline that ensured everything ran smoothly. She worked alongside us with our vendors, she came to appointments and helped us keep track of all the communication and logistics. Sara even came over to our home and went through all our decorations with us. This ensured us that every detail would be placed in the correct spot in our venue. Throughout the wedding planning process, I often felt like Sara was my "second brain". She deeply understood the vision I had for our wedding and she was able to offer advice on design and décor. On the day of the wedding, she spent hours setting up our venue. She worked alongside our florist, linen rental company, lighting company, musicians, photographer, etc. to ensure that everything was running smoothly. Sara managed every hiccup with grace. Sara filled in any deficits that the staff at our venue had. For example, my father asked several staff members to open up garage doors to the outside patio, and each staff member was unable to complete this task. Afterwards, he asked Sara to figure it out and the garage doors were open within minutes. After the wedding, Sara neatly packed up all our decor in their boxes and walked them over to our hotel room. We did not have to clean up anything. Her dedication to making sure everything went off without a hitch was evident, and we couldn’t have asked for a better partner in making our dream wedding come true. Sara's presence truly allowed us to remain calm throughout the wedding planning process and actually enjoy our day. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely passionate about weddings and love, Sara is the one. We wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone who wants their special day to be stress-free, flawless and filled with joy. Thank you, Sara, for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!

Last Friday, Mayson and I got married, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. Our vision for the day came to life perfectly, the flow was smooth, and we were truly able to enjoy every moment with our family, friends, and each other. This wouldn’t have been possible without Sara, who made it all happen. Sara is a one-of-a-kind, above-and-beyond wedding planner/coordinator and an amazing human being. She genuinely cares about you as people and will bend over backward to make sure your wedding day is a complete success. We had quite a few moving parts throughout the day, including a U-Haul full of decor. Not only did Sara decorate our venue exactly as we imagined, but she also packed everything back into the U-Haul at the end of the night, neatly and perfectly organized. Sara is a superwoman. If you’re debating whether or not to have a wedding coordinator for your big day, hands down you need Sara. She’ll keep you calm and collected, always putting her best foot forward so you have the best day possible. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because there’s no question how good she is at what she does. One of the things we weren’t looking forward to after the wedding was not having our daily communication with Sara like we did leading up to the big day, because we felt like we have gotten so close and connected to her. Thank you Sara for using your incredible talent to make our day a complete success and for being a part of it. We would choose you over and over again if we could.
