Dusti Cameron, owner of Indigo Moon Events, has an eye for detail, design, and color. She loves when clients give her the freedom to create but also loves the challenge of executing a precise detailed vision. Her joy and passion stems from helping her clients create and curate their dream events. Dusti wants every event to be as unique as the client and as special as that once in a blue moon kind of love. Indigo Moon Events strives to produce events that are planned, curated, and executed to perfection.

This service is for clients planning more intimate gatherings of up to 50 guests. Covers all aspects of event planning from venue booking, choosing vendors, designing, staging, sourcing décor, tracking RSVPs, & working under shorter deadlines.. Included in this package, unlimited communication, meetings, and covers the entire time from when you book until the end of event day.

This service is for clients planning a larger wedding of 50 or more guests. Covers all aspects of event planning from venue booking, choosing vendors, designing, staging, sourcing décor, and tracking RSVPs. This package combines all of our Planning & Design services into one. Fully Customizable

Assistance styling your event with customized mood board. Selecting colors & party fashion. Curating decorations and crafting unique designs. Includes 2 meetings for shopping, crafting and unlimited communication.

Day of-$1600 Set-up & tear down of all decorations. Orchestration of ceremony. Direction of vendors, deliveries, guests. Assisting bridal party preparations. Detailed time keeping. Month of -$2000 Includes “Day of Coordination”. Extra inclusions are rehearsal coverage, assisting RSVPs. Confirming vendor, meetings, arrivals, and contacts. Full detailed itinerary for event day. Unlimited communication.

    I first met Dusti in January 2024, and the minute I met her, we clicked and I knew she was the perfect person to plan and execute our Un-Wedded Bliss Bash in October 2024. We sat down for a couple of hours to get to know each other and understand what we were looking for for our celebration. She first helped us locate the perfect venue to host the vibe and vision we wanted. Once that was complete. Dusti went to work to create our vision board that guided all of our choices and decisions to create the perfect evening. She is incredibly talented and creative and we fell in love with the elements she put forth. Then it was on to finding all of the vendors. Dusti has so much experience with so many vendors and she made our selection process smooth and stress free. The vendors she selected with us were perfect and she ensured they provided exactly what we wanted to make our dream come true. If she was ever stressed about anything she never showed it… always as cool and calm as a cucumber! Dusti has great communication skills and always kept me informed of where things stood or what might be needed. And when the big day came….she created the event space that was absolutely stunning! She coordinated all of the vendors, kept them all informed on the run of the show and expertly managed the entire preparation. She is so attentive to details and one step ahead of me.. always. I never had to worry about a thing. I cried when I saw the event space come to life. She and Sam took great care of us that evening, ensuring we had food or anything else we needed. I can’t say enough about her kindness, talent and expertise. All of our guests raved about the entire evening—-and we have Dusti and Indigo Moon Events to thank for that. Not only is she tremendous at what she does, I now call her my friend. I couldn’t imagine having done this without her. There wasn’t a thing I would change!

    Indigo Moon Events was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. Dusti and her assistant Sunmer were constant, clear, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. Their communication style put me at ease and made the experience stress-free. They were hands-on, organized, and delivered an amazing quality of work that exceeded my expectations.     Absolutely outstanding!!! Truly could not imagine a more amazing day of coordinator for ou Absolutely outstanding!!! Truly could not imagine a more amazing day of coordinator for our wedding day. Dusti made things easy since day 1. After our initial consult meeting I knew I wanted to work with her. She made me feel comfortable and secure that our day would go great without stress and on the day of she did just that. We hired her for day of coordination which included the month before where she helped with creating our itinerary and attended a venue visit to see the space. She is EXTREMELY organized with her portal for me to communicate my vision. Day of went SO SMOOTH and felt so supported. She followed my husband and I to ensure if we needed a drink, needed apps, had dessert; everything. She handled all set up and take down so it was done by the end of the night and truly never had to worry about something not getting done. AND everyone in attendance had raving things to say about her. Including that everything she asked of the guests to do (I.e move inside for dances, stay in this area for this, etc) she did in a direct but very nice way. Clearly I could go on and on about how wonderful she is!! Book her now!!!
