Hi! My name is Johnna and I’m the Owner of Save the Date - a planning service designed with YOU in mind! With nearly a decade of experience in the wedding industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping to create the most memorable day for hundreds of couples. Now, I’m excited to begin a new journey that allows me to offer an even more personal and customized experience to my clients!
I've always been passionate about organization, creativity, and customer service - all things that make for a great wedding planning experience. Curating your big day doesn’t have to feel overwhelming, and I'm here to help guide you through the entire process so you can enjoy your engagement, and most importantly; your wedding day!

We share all of our resources to help you stay on track and provide monthly check ins to make sure things are going smoothly and nothing slips through the cracks! | For couples who have planned their wedding and just need additional help to tie up loose ends and help manage all of the details that bring all of their hard work together. Wouldn't have made it through without them!
The Save the Date team went above and beyond to make our wedding the most amazing day. We communicated with Johnna leading up to the day and then Kat was with us for the rehearsal and day of. I can't say enough amazing things about them. When my flower girl got hurt at the rehearsal, Kat was there to keep us calm. The day of - we dropped off our 3 cars full of stuff and she took the few inspiration photos we had sent her and turned both venues into something beyond what we ever could have imagined. We got behind schedule with hair and makeup but Kat kept calm and continually reassured us that everything would be perfect . And is was. She did all the work and we truly got to enjoy our day. She even reminded us to go to the bathroom before we ate dinner lol. I have no idea how she did everything and will forever be grateful for her. I cannot recommend Save the Date enough!!!

Johnna with Save the Date Weddings and Events was an amazing wedding planner who helped make our special day run smoothly. She has a kind, efficient, and thoughtful communication style, and her years of experience were evident in how thoroughly and expertly she planned everything. Even when our photographer arrived an hour late, Johnna handled it perfectly by tweaking the timeline - she truly has a plan for everything! Guests kept raving about how well organized all the events were thanks to her. Johnna isn't just focused on the logistics either; she genuinely cares about the couple and making sure your wedding vision comes to life. She goes above and beyond with thoughtful touches, right down to having an emergency kit on hand. She even had a little heart shaped straw for me to drink water with and not ruin my makeup! Johnna truly thinks of everything. The way she decorated and set everything up was the most beautiful and perfect setup I have ever seen! I truly couldn’t have dreamed of my wedding looking more beautiful or fairytale esque. I'd highly recommend Johnna for her professional yet caring approach to wedding planning.

Johnna is the woman you want on your team, bar none. I thought I was an organized, type-A bride, Johnna is on a whole another level of keeping things organized, having things where they need to go on the day of, seeing out my vision, and dealing with family/friends/vendors. She's calm, cool, and collected on the day, gets it all done, and still somehow makes small-talk with you to keep you calm! Honestly, this woman is a rockstar and I'm not sure what we would have done without her.
