As a 2024 Bride myself, backed by a team of recently married women, as well. We are equipped with many resources to create the day of your dreams alongside you. Let’s get to planning!
We take a more intimate approach. We have tons of experience with friends and family who never hesitate to tell us when they didn’t like something. We have experience with weddings of all budgets and sizes and have learned from some of the best planners in the industry. We notice everything, and ensure that all bases are covered for your big day. Your photographer fell through last minute? We've got one on standby (literally, this has happened to us before)! Your aunt is conspiring to jump into all of your photos? Not on my watch! We work for you. Nobody else. It’s your day, and a big one at that. Let's make it perfect!

Being that I have traveled to 29+ parks within the U.S., I have familiarized myself with rules, regulations and amazing destinations for your ceremony and reception of your dreams! If you’re looking for someone who loves to travel, plan and help couples stay organized for their big day- I’m your girl! | For the couples who have loved planning their wedding, but don't seem to have enough time or energy to finish on their own. Our team is there for you to get you to the finish line and relieve you from some of the more tedious planning tasks, all the way through your wedding date! | Have all your ducks in a row but you’re just needing someone to make sure your big day goes perfect? Couldn't have done it without Redwood!
Alex was very open and friendly from our first meeting with her. Even though we just hired her to help out on the day of the wedding, she met with us several times beforehand, was always very responsive over email, and provided us with many helpful resources. She helped us navigate the incredibly confusing and overwhelming wedding industry! We had a private estate wedding which presented many challenges, and we could not have set everything up without Alex's help. If you have a private estate wedding with a lot of moving parts, we suggest hiring an additional assistant too. We highly recommend Redwood Weddings if you're like us and want some extra support and peace of mind on your wedding day.
Couldn't imagine the day and month without them!
I found Redwood only 30 days out from my big day when another coordinator cancelled last minute on me. It was such a blessing finding Alex and Katie. They offered so much more than just day of coordination and helped my 175 person wedding on a family property come to life. Since we used a private venue we needed to think through a lot of things infrastructure related. I could not have had as stress free of an event and a perfect day without their coordination services. They also handled decor set up and take down which was huge to save my friends and family time. Can’t recommend enough!
Redwood Weddings made my wedding PERFECT
I cannot say enough good things about Alex and Redwood Weddings. 3 months prior to our wedding, she met with us over the phone for hours at a time to make sure we had things taken care of. She asked me questions and made decisions that I didn’t even know should be made, so thank God for her insight! During the planning process, she became the reason my pre wedding season was so stress free. On the day of the wedding, she took care of EVERYTHING that came up. My brain was all over the place, and she made sure things were handled smoothly. There was even things she handled without me knowing and I am so thankful for that. She prioritized us as a couple and made sure our day went as smooth as possible. After the wedding, everyone was raving about how amazing she was and how they need to hire her, too! 100/10 recommend hiring Redwood Weddings!
Find yourself an Alex.
From the jump I wanted to take on planning myself. I had lots of ideas, however, I struggled to execute my vision. About four months before the wedding, I realized I was in over my head and fortunately, I found Alex. Shortly after our first meeting I knew she was exactly who and what I needed to pull off the wedding of my dreams. Alex instantly minimized my anxiety with her calm demeanor and high level of organization. We honed in on what was left to do, made a list, and Alex went to work. Every other week we met to discuss the remaining task list, updates and changes. She was patient even through moments of indecision. Each meeting I grew more excited for the big day. The day of the wedding, Alex was on top of everything and made the whole day flow seamlessly. I love her passion for organization and coordinating, executing tasks and vendor collaboration with excellence and professionalism. She consistently exceeded my expectations throughout the process of planning by being organized, accessible, attentive to detail and truly bringing my visions to life. Alex is a multi-tasking pro, wearing many hats during this process, including therapist (LOL). She was an AMAZING planner and I’m happy to now call her a friend. If you are a bride-to-be, I encourage you to consider Alex. She is versatile and offers everything from full planning, to month or day-of event coordination. Alex is your girl!!
