Avid Traveler. Detail Oriented. Organized, Fun and a Little Bit Crazy (but who isn’t)! Our number one goal is to ensure your day is perfect, however that may look for you! As a 2024 Bride myself, backed by a team of recently married women, as well. We are equipped with many resources to create the day of your dreams alongside you. Let’s get to planning!
We take a more intimate approach. We have tons of experience with friends and family who never hesitate to tell us when they didn’t like something. We have experience with weddings of all budgets and sizes and have learned from some of the best planners in the industry. We notice everything, and ensure that all bases are covered for your big day. Your photographer fell through last minute? We've got one on standby (literally, this has happened to us before)! Your aunt is conspiring to jump into all of your photos? Not on my watch! We work for you. Nobody else. It’s your day, and a big one at that. Let's make it perfect!

Redwood Weddings and Events was an invaluable day of coordinator (but basically a month of coordinator). From the start, their communication was thorough, clear, and timely, putting us at ease throughout the entire process. Alex and her team demonstrated an exceptional attention to detail, helping us navigate the many moving parts of our wedding day. They went above and beyond, even picking up our cake and lunch so we could fully enjoy our special day, and she attended vendor meetings with us onsite which was so stress relieving. Alex and her team treated us like close friends, providing the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. Their excellent service and beautiful execution made them an indispensable part of creating our dream wedding.
