“Working with Angie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My husband, mom, and I often talked about how incredible she was and how we couldn’t believe we thought we could plan the wedding without her! We started planning on our own for the first year and then brought Angie on for the final three months—it was completely worth the investment (in hindsight, I wish we had hired her sooner). Angie is beyond generous with her time. Our weekly meetings, scheduled for an hour, often extended to two, and not once did she make us feel rushed. Her entire approach is so thoughtful—she took the time to really get to know us and our families, and she truly understood our vibe. Then, she took everything to the next level, suggesting creative touches we’d never have thought of, like turning our seating chart into a map of NYC with table names for different neighborhoods! One of the biggest reliefs was having Angie coordinate directly with all of our vendors. She worked with everyone—our venue (Tavern on the Green), rehearsal dinner and brunch venues, hotel, hair and makeup teams, band, photographer, and baker—meaning we didn’t have to manage any of that ourselves. She even managed our payment schedule, which was such a huge help. Angie was always full of great ideas, and she didn’t just come up with them—she would go ahead and make them happen! From printing all of our signage to supplying candles, photo frames, and even ring boxes, she has everything you need. Her calm, empathetic nature and fantastic listening skills made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Honestly, we were so sad when the wedding ended because it meant no more weekly calls with Angie! If you’re even considering working with her, I cannot recommend her enough—she is a true gem!”

We couldn’t have pulled off our special day without Janet as our day-of coordinator. In the months leading up to our wedding, Janet was in constant communication with me and made a point to check-in to make sure I was feeling stress free throughout the duration of the planning process. “We got married September 17th and could not be happier with the services Victoria and her team provided for us. Victoria will become your new bff during the wedding planning process and was always happy to proofread an invitation or help me pick a napkin color.
