Conveniently located within a mile of downtown Asheville, Homewood offers 200 free, designated parking spaces, and is located in a neighborhood setting. The inside is spacious, immaculately clean, and beautiful. The air conditioning in this place is impressive, especially considering how hot it was at my August wedding. The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

I truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about this venue, the staff, the accommodations, and their professionalism and attention throughout the whole year long engagement! Rachel, the manager, is extremely attentive, communicative, professional, kind, and helpful! Anytime I had a question throughout the year, she was very quick to answer thoroughly. She is very flexible with coordinating meetings and walk-through with vendors at the venue and thorough in explaining all the venue has to offer for wedding day (which is a lot!) On the wedding day, having a staff member present at all times is so helpful and comforting. And including the provision and set-up of tables and chairs is HUGE! This eliminated so much stress. The bar staff was also very friendly and accommodating on wedding day with meeting my requests for set-up. And of course, the photo ops at this venue are truly endless and the beautiful options for ceremony and reception set-up are amazing. The big space is exactly what we needed for our big wedding and we never felt crowded. The dance floor was the perfect size for our all night party! I truly couldn’t be happier with my decision to get married at this venue for all the reasons listed above.

I'm going to REALLY try to not make this review an entire novel. Cutting straight to the chase BOOK THEM! Chef John and Natasha (and entire team) were exceptional from DAY ONE! Yes the venue is gorgeous, but the people really make the place. They have several packages to book from. I loved having options. I had weekly questions lol, they answered expeditiously, detailed and were never rude (not one time). THE FOOD babyyyy; mouth watering. They provide the wedding party lunch and it's real food not just a sandwich tray. They always said "we make sure our bride and goom eat", and they kept that promise. We ate and we ate good! Our guest were also very happy! Lastly, they somehow have a way of making you feel like you are the only wedding that is going on and obviously that is not the case. Their attention to detail was exactly what we needed. This helped us check things off our box and also recall things that we may have forgotten or not thought about. Based on the excessive use of exclamation points you can tell we were very happy with The Chandelier Wedding & Event Venue. You will not regret booking your event here!

Working with Separk was super easy from start to finish. We had Hannah as our wedding coordinator and she did a great job with creating and sticking to the timeline. She also did great at setting up our decor items and some flowers we brought to the venue. She was very communicative with us and our bridal party/family so that everyone knew what was expected from them for the ceremony. Overall we had a great experience with Separk and had the most perfect wedding thanks to them!

Our wedding at Uptown Indigo was perfect from start to finish. The facility is so much bigger than these photos suggest. My husband and I both feel that the level of service and attention to detail made the value of Uptown Indigo second to none. When we first went in for a tour, Duncan made us cocktails and spent more time with us than any other tour we had. The staff actually cared about us and we didn't just feel like a number. My favorite part was the bridal suite in the morning. They turned the whole top floor into the bridal suite and it felt like a movie when the elevator doors opened and we walked out and placed our dresses on the coat hanger. There was music playing, and mimosas set out. My mom started crying and then I started crying and I knew then that the day would be perfect. I highly recommend the Uptown Indigo venue/family and we am so thankful that we trusted our wedding day to them.

First, it’s beautiful. We did our ceremony at a Catholic church down the street and had our reception at the Rafters, but my favorite photos are by far the ones we took in front of the St Mark’s chapel- it’s so romantic! As a reception venue, it is very reasonably priced, and has everything you could need. We got ready in the adorable carriage house, and we also did my bridal shoot there a few weeks before the wedding- they turned out beautifully. Also, if you book with their caterer (The Flyin’ Lions), you get a discount AND support a good cause! But that’s not even the best part: their food is AMAZING. I am literally still dreaming about the salmon and mashed potatoes from my wedding day, and so many guests told me how much they loved the food. The taste testing was fun too, they have a ton of options! Also, Allison is the best coordinator EVER. You will love working with her, and every vendor I hired that had worked with her before told me the same thing! She is so personable and really gets to know you, and she will bend over backwards to help you with whatever you need. She is fantastic with communication; her responsiveness and helpfulness alone reduced my wedding planning stress. I also loved the preferred vendor list Allison provided; it made it a lot easier to narrow down our vendor choices! Allison and Debbie (from Flyin’ Lions) made our wedding and all the months leading up to it so special and wonderful; we cannot recommend them enough!

Our outdoor pavilion offers a covered area for about 40 guests in addition to larger open area for tents, dance spaces, and seating for up to 500 people that overlooks some of our rolling pastures, home to our Black Angus cattle, herd donkeys, and family horses. Our Indoor Ball Room space, once a repair garage, converted into a more elegant, yet rustic space for all to enjoy. This space offers a prep kitchen for your preferred caterer, bridal suite, and a large heated/cooled reception or ceremony space for up to 200 guests. We offer 5 parking lots, with no stair entry for easy wheelchair access. Many of our preferred vendors offer exclusive deals when you book their services for your LinCrest Farms Event! All outside vendors welcome with proof of insurance.

Some miscommunication occurred about 30-60 days out worrying us about day of. When the weekend came, everything went so smoothly. The bridal and grooms suite were spacious and had all we needed. The venue is gorgeous and fell in love with the wooden tables and Phoenix chairs. Cannot thank Kristen for all she did that weekend!
