There is nothing more romantic than a beautiful wedding in a countryside setting! Family-owned and operated, we have hosted weddings, receptions and other special events since 1995. Reservations include private use of all grounds and facilities - we only host one wedding at a time. Garden chairs, banquet tables, tablecloths in a variety of colors and choice of two centerpiece styles are included. Rates are based on day of the week, month and services. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $3100 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $7900 for a full weekend of services including overnight. Elopement packages are available for 2-10 guests and include officiant, wedding cake and toast. Inquire for $. The Farmhouse at Rosa Lee Manor is a recently restored house which is rustic and suitable for 2-4 guests overnight. It's a wooded setting ideal for very small elopement ceremonies.

Homewood, a special event venue in Asheville, NC, is an ideal destination for rehearsal dinners, weddings, receptions, and gatherings. Homewood is a beautifully restored 1920s stone manor located in Asheville's post-Victorian historic district of Montford. The elegant castle was originally built as a private home. The elegance of the 1920s luminesces from original wrought iron chandeliers and alabaster sconces, casting graceful lighting from the 20-foot ceilings of the Great Room to the original hardwood floors, cherry walls, and grand Appalachian stone fireplaces. Conveniently located within a mile of downtown Asheville, Homewood offers 200 free, designated parking spaces, and is located in a neighborhood setting. The Great Room seats 110 people for dinner, or up to 150 with cocktail seating, with space for dance floor and DJ or band. Homewood is fully handicap-accessible. The beautiful and lush surrounding grounds provide additional outdoor space, including our garden ceremony site.

The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. This spacious facility features 14,000 square feet of event space that can be used for all your wedding weekend activities. Formerly a train depot, the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams combine to make the space feel rustic and elegant. Uptown Indigo is a family owned and operated venue with two floors and a breathtaking rooftop terrace. The design is "chic industrial" with lots of artistic details. From the original tin ceilings to the handmade tiles, Uptown Indigo is a truly unique wedding venue. Originally called Doub's United Methodist Chapel, this historic structure was relocated to its current site in 1909 and functioned as a place of worship for decades. Today, the chapel has been meticulously renovated, preserving its vintage charm while incorporating modern amenities. Magnolia Hill remains a house of worship which has stunning architecture and intimate ambiance. Separk Mansion is a wedding venue located in Gastonia, North Carolina that is just 20 minutes from Charlotte. This renovated mansion is designed with beautiful weddings in mind and will give you an elegant backdrop that will create a celebration that is full of everlasting memories. Separk Mansion is ideal for both indoor and outdoor weddings. The first floor ballroom retains old vintage hardwood floors and has a ceiling that shimmers with crystal chandeliers. At the front there is a large staircase as well as large front doors that lead to an expansive limestone veranda that can be used for a cocktail hour. This impressive estate was built in 1919 by textile mogul Joseph Separk. He lived in the mansion with his wife and son during the 1920s. In 2012 it underwent complete renovation and is currently one of the most popular locations for ceremonies and receptions. The mansion is part of the York Chester Historic District and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

PINE can host up to 320 for a seated celebration, and many more for a cocktail-style reception.
