We had the most amazing time at Diamond Mills Hotel! The venue is BEAUTIFUL, and the staff is wonderful to work with. My husband and I also loved exploring Saugerties! Planning a wedding in two months was challenging, but booking Diamond Mills for our wedding venue was the best decision ever! We loved working with Stephanie, Carrie, and Brianne. They are highly organized and professional. Our wedding day was truly magical! Our guests had a wonderful time! We also really appreciate how the staff working on the day of our wedding ensured that my husband and I ate well (and remembered to eat as we interacted with our guests). The food served was delicious and we loved our wedding cake! Another great thing about booking the wedding at Diamond Mills is that the hotel is attached to the wedding venue - it was very convenient for us and our guests! We received a good discount for our hotel block. The wedding package they offer at Diamond Mills Hotel is truly well-rounded! Beautiful venue with indoor and outdoor spaces, catering, open bar, wedding cake, and supportive and amazing staff to help you plan your wedding and ensure that everything runs smoothly during the day of the wedding all for a reasonable price! I used some rental decorations, and the staff made sure to carefully pack everything at the end of the night, so shipping and packing up the following day was easy! We highly recommend Diamond Mills!

Absolutely stunning venue. The wedding went amazing with the help of Julie and Olivia along with the staff at Seven Ponds on our wedding day. The day was seamless and taking advantage of staying on site made the day feel stress free. It was great to have food and drink covered with the venue as this was one less vendor that could have caused stress on the big day! Planning forms were helpful to make sure all things were covered and things went according to plan. Only thing with the planning process is it seemed as if Seven Ponds tried to upsell everything and questioned some of our decisions although after talking to them, a compromise came about. Couldn’t have been happier to pick the venue for our special day and we will remember the beauty of the venue forever.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure our special day ran smoothly. One of the bartenders even stepped up as an informal day-of coordinator, staying by our side throughout the event to handle any last-minute needs. The inclusive atmosphere allowed all of our guests to feel welcomed and comfortable. During the planning process they provided multiple options for table arrangements, arbor options and arbor placements, as well as options for dinnerware, glassware and silverware! Our group of country boys were pleased with their yard games and were playing corn hole all day! We were thrilled with the exceptional service and value provided by The Barns at Edgemont Inn, and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a charming, stress-free wedding experience.

It’s rare that wedding food feels restaurant quality but at BVI it is! Every dish was cooked to perfection and was full of flavor. The staff at BVI consistently exceeds expectations. Every time I encountered a staff member, they genuinely inquired about my well-being, offered assistance, and sought ways to alleviate any wedding day stress. It was a truly remarkable experience. Beaverkill Valley Inn's setting is perfect - an ideal location for gathering your guests for a weekend getaway. From the welcoming front porch to the cozy fireplaces and the expansive property complete with bonfires to conclude your evening, it offers everything you could want. Where do we begin?! We are so happy we choose the Wythe and so incredibly grateful to the entire team for making our wedding dreams come true! 

JD and Cassie have been exceptional to work with - from the minute we met them at our initial tour we knew we were in amazing hands! They always promptly and kindly answered our emails, and all our changes never seemed to be a problem. They truly supported and cared for us every step of the way, and made the entire process not just easy, but fun! In addition to Cassie and JD, the entire team at the Wythe - from hotel porters, to bar and wait staff - were so incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Seriously 10/10 hospitality from the entire team. And I can’t leave a review without mentioning the tasting night that they offer - it was by far our favorite part of the entire wedding planning process, and such a fun - and delicious - date night!! (OMG the food and beverage from Le Crocodile is so so so good!). We count ourselves so lucky to be part of the Wythe Wedding alumni and can’t wait to return year after year for our anniversary!

I cannot fully capture the magic of Spillian in words. There is a feeling there that just cannot be described. It glimmers and sparkles with history, magic, and warmth. We had our wedding weekend there 11/22-11/24 and when I say it was perfect, I mean it. The rehearsal dinner taco bar was spectacular and so much fun. The wedding ceremony outside in the snow was epic, and the dinner was superb. You get to pick your own menu - like, WHATEVER you want! People raved about the food. We had about 85 people and the tables all set up inside looked gorgeous and it was totally roomy. The main room transformed into a dance floor made it feel like we were partying in the house from Clue or Haunted Mansion. The owners and staff are incredible. They won’t just help you plan your wedding - they’ll become your friends. They not only attended to every detail we cared about, they also took the time to really honor the emotions and history behind our wedding and marriage. I wish we could do it all over again. It was epic and magical and truly perfect. I am so glad we can return for their weekend events!

The home has lived many lives and in summer 2024, we reopened it as a boutique B&B. The Barn is 5,000 sqft of event space with the lower barn fully renovated and staged for your next event. Simply put, W Loft is an amazing place for a wedding, cocktail party, or corporate event. The space is bright with floor to ceiling windows and a view to die for. This is the quintessential NYC venue. The entire BK Venues team is extremely helpful throughout the entire process and the onsite staff day-of are incredibly attentive. Raw spaces can be daunting, but W Loft provides tables, chairs, and a beautiful built in bar, which helps with the additional rental costs. At W Loft, you're guaranteed to have a night to remember!

Our wedding day was the best day of our lives. So much of that sentiment is due to the amazing setting we had, but more importantly all the people who made it possible. From day one, Eman stood out as a trusted advisor and throughout the process turned into a friend. The staff on the day of our wedding was unbelievable. Everyone made us feel like royalty, especially our bridal assistant, Jadelyn. The views, the FOOD, the service... ALL incredible. We chose Ravel because we planned our wedding from LA and needed as much help as we could get. Eman was an incredible partner throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend Ravel enough for anyone's wedding or celebration. We just might have to do it again next year..

The Arnold House encompasses everything we wanted for our wedding weekend - the charm and warmth of the Catskills, a low maintenance energy with high quality offerings, and a versatile venue where each space felt uniquely different (even if we had to use the same room twice...cue cold weather and rain!) to make each night feel like its own unique experience and special moment. Working with the Arnold House: From the start, they were so flexible on making sure that what was important to us worked. For example, we had preferences on specific food and wines and the AH team made it so easy to swap (and even source!) what we wanted. This team has an incredible ability to transform each space into a beautiful one, from the spreads they put out, the greenery they pick as decor, the furniture they arrange, and all the small touches in between that matter...we are so impressed. Additionally, they were helpful to make our guest experience the best possible - accommodating special requests and just generally being warm and inviting people. Lastly, the Arnold House itself is always continuing to add and improve their offerings. So we were met with nice surprises throughout our wedding planning process. For example we got to benefit from new chairs and dinner tables, something we no longer had to think about renting. The Space and Food: Wow! Our band and dance party in the greenhouse was pure magic. And our sit down dinner in the barn was beautiful and romantic. At first we were a bit concerned about having the dance party in a separate room from dinner - but it worked out really well and actually was nice to let those who wanted to dance, dance, and those who wanted to sit and chat be able to easily do that too. We didn’t get to eat much (even though we swore we wouldn’t be those people) but our guests all said the food was great and we can say for certain that we loved the burrata, oysters, trout drip, flank steak, and pumpkin pie!! Friday was intimate and inviting in Shandelee Hall/the Sun Room with the fire burning and the wine flowing. Wood fired pizzas were perfect. The Tavern: It’s own unique experience and space - unique from everywhere else on the property. Pool table and “divey-ish” vibes - a perfect setting for junk food and afterparty. Sunday brunch was simply gorgeous in the greenhouse. Food was simple, but good, and displayed beautifully. Overall: As you can tell from this being the first review, this place feels like a really well kept secret. Having now had our wedding here, we want to shout how great the Arnold House is from the rooftop. If you’re reading this right now, trust us… make the call and visit the Arnold House! Emily and the whole team were fantastic and made our weekend feel really special. The Arnold House will always have a special place in our hearts. We held our Friday night Welcome Party for our wedding weekend at Lillistar and we can't say enough good things about the event, the venue, and the events team! This is a stunning and hip venue for this type of event and the decor at Lillistar brings such a fun vibe we didn't feel the need to bring anything in. The drinks and food were plentiful and super good and the vibe created was perfect! From our first emails and tour to all the planning and logistics, Sydney and the team were extremely responsive, easy to work with, and really made the event so so special, seamless and fun for our guests. With every detailed question we had, Sydney replied with "of course!" The team also had an eye for detail and was able to provide us with a floor plan and set up that worked for our guest count and event type. We were able to come in early to set up no questions asked. The team really thought of everything and we barely had anything to do ourselves. We had the entire inside as well as outdoor area and were provided a satellite bar and food set up outdoors. The team moved the furniture around so that it would allow for a perfect guest flow. The venue didn't ever feel too crowded. The food was amazing - our guests raved about it all! Sydney was very helpful with setting our menu including passed apps and stations for our guest count and timing. The team was also really helpful with speeches and helped us get set up and feel comfortable. At the last hour the staff even turned the lights into a clubby atmosphere and our guests started dancing! Thank you thank you!

The Bird and Bottle Inn was the perfect fairytale setting for our wedding. From the beginning, there were many emails back and forth to get all the details just right, but the staff was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the entire planning process. But they really shined the day of the wedding. The set-up and ceremony went so smoothly, they made sure everything was taken care of. Even last minute timeline switches like cutting the cake earlier in the night was made easy. We also were able to stay at the inn and get ready there which made things much easier on us. They had our signature drinks, champagne, and food ready and waiting for all the guests as soon as the ceremony was over. I have been to weddings where the entire cocktail hour we were just waiting on line to get a drink, this was perfectly set up. Drinks were also being continually poured and served at an inside and an outside bar, and if you couldn’t make it to the bar there was always a server nearby to help. There was even one server who was assigned just to us, he went above and beyond, always made sure we had anything we needed, always getting us drinks or more food, it was wonderful. And the food… the food was simply amazing - usually wedding food can be boring, or like it was just mass produced and pumped out of the kitchen, but their food was perfect. I am still thinking about the short rib and our guests are still raving about it over a month later. Literally one guest saying it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. And the space is so beautiful, there are so many lovely place for photos, and really makes it seem like you are in an enchanted place. The bridge over the little babbling brook for a first look, the garden ceremony by the pond, the cocktail hour on the patio, are just to name a few of the perfect spots on the property. And having our Photo Booth inside on the velvet couch was a unique touch guests really enjoyed! Not to mention getting our own private cottage to stay in! We also were able to move inside to the bar after the wedding was over with just the couple guests that were staying with us at the Inn and it was a lovely way to wind down after all the festivities were over. The entire team at The Bird and Bottle Inn truly went above and beyond to ensure our special day was everything we dreamed it would be. We couldn't have asked for a more magical venue to celebrate our love

We are so thankful we were able to get married at Glenora. Kathy worked very hard to make sure we were able to get everything we wanted and needed. My guests are still raving about how much fun they had and was so nice to have it at the winery. We loved how much the winery supported us in the planning process. Tasting the wines for our selection was fun. We stayed the night of our tasting which was fun as well and also helped us gather information for our wedding website for our guests. Another perk to the venue, lots to do in the area for our guests. I did my own flowers (FiftyFlowers) & music as Apple Music to save costs. Kathy was super supportive of it all but lesson learned, you can't do it all yourself! My family was a huge help and was glad they all were staying on site so it was easy for them to help me, especially the flowers & getting all the little things ready. We had an amazing photographer out of Syracuse, Stu Gallaghaer, but every picture at Glenora was stunning. The willow tree, the vineyards in fall, the deck and the beautiful plants & lights, to the reception area with all the beautiful windows and natural wood. The views from ceremony were amazing! We feel so blessed. It sprinkled a bit as we walked down the aisle and Kathy was so calm it kept me calm & like she said, rain brings rainbows and sure enough we got a slight one during our vows. Like I've told everyone, the fees were amazing compared to other venues and the biggest cost was the food, which is typical anyways. We were at max capacity with around 140 people total including the kids. They were very kid friendly with lots of options for the plated kids meals. I loved that I didn't have to bring in a cater & that the salad was plated then we had the buffet. A lot of my guests could stay on site and many nearby, so lots of options. Missy the Inn's manager was also very supportive, especially when it came to room holds. She also helped us find a golf cart rental that was dropped off for the weekend since my parents and grandma rented the little yellow house on site and we also were able to offer it to our guests with limited mobility for the wedding. Kathy recommended the toast and cake cutting on the deck before dinner and I should've listed to her and her expertise, everyone was having so much fun talking it was hard to get people to pay attention for the cake cutting, bouquet toss, anniversary dance and toasts. Another thing I loved was the dancing was on the deck, that way if people wanted to talk without load music it was easy to do. Plus no one was sweating, even at the end of September, which was nice to have the dancing outside. We waited 2 years for our September wedding and IT WAS PERFECT!

The wedding coordinators were the absolute best to work with! They were so professional and quick to respond with emails. We were very happy to have them the day of the wedding as they made everything run so smoothly! During cocktail hour Julie helped set up a small private table with appetizers for just the two of us. It was so nice to spend a few minutes as a newly married couple before making our entrance to the reception. The food was amazing, and both the ceremony and reception spaces were decorated better than I could’ve imagined. The cake was done by Debbie Coye and part of our package - not only was it gorgeous but it was also delicious! The staff were all professional and made sure we had everything that we needed. We are so glad we had our wedding at the Holiday Inn, it was truly the best day of our lives!

I've been a wedding photographer on the North Fork for 10+ years and since The Halyard came on the scene it has quickly proven itself as a top event venue. Not only is the location itself like none other, literally hugging the water's edge, the food is beyond outstanding and the staff is wonderfully professional. The recent renovation under new ownership was so well done, featuring modern and nautical decor while maintaining the charm of the North Fork. The Halyard is connected with The Soundview Hotel making it a truly ideal wedding location, allowing couple's to relax without having to shuffle around on the big day. And no matter what light is given, the closeness to the sea at The Halyard ensures beautiful photos always. It's a special place on The North Fork and hands down my favorite waterfront venue.

Planning a Brooklyn wedding is no small feat but The Ace Hotel Brooklyn not only made my wedding vision come to life but exceeded my expectations! The team had amazing communication and answered all my many questions with ease. I planned my wedding myself and hired a day of coordinator only because the Ace were so easy to work with. Not only is the space beautiful but the staff are so kind and the food from their restaurant was beyond great. My guests were so happy. I would highly suggest having them handle your cake as well because it’s all made in house and I sent them my inspiration and they knocked it out of the park! Because they handle so much I was able to focus on smaller details and design for the day that made it feel extra special. I will tell anyone who asks if they are looking to get married to check out the Ace Hotel Brooklyn! Ashllyn, Auri, Cindy & Paul absolutely smashed it - couldn’t have asked for a better weekend!
