We had the most amazing time at Diamond Mills Hotel! The venue is BEAUTIFUL, and the staff is wonderful to work with. My husband and I also loved exploring Saugerties! Planning a wedding in two months was challenging, but booking Diamond Mills for our wedding venue was the best decision ever! We loved working with Stephanie, Carrie, and Brianne. They are highly organized and professional. Our wedding day was truly magical! Our guests had a wonderful time! We also really appreciate how the staff working on the day of our wedding ensured that my husband and I ate well (and remembered to eat as we interacted with our guests). The food served was delicious and we loved our wedding cake! Another great thing about booking the wedding at Diamond Mills is that the hotel is attached to the wedding venue - it was very convenient for us and our guests! We received a good discount for our hotel block. The wedding package they offer at Diamond Mills Hotel is truly well-rounded! Beautiful venue with indoor and outdoor spaces, catering, open bar, wedding cake, and supportive and amazing staff to help you plan your wedding and ensure that everything runs smoothly during the day of the wedding all for a reasonable price! I used some rental decorations, and the staff made sure to carefully pack everything at the end of the night, so shipping and packing up the following day was easy! We highly recommend Diamond Mills!

First things first, Blenheim is an absolutely magical wedding venue and the staff provides an unparalleled experience! It is an incredible value and we still can't stop grinning about our special day, but also how easy the Blenheim team made things for us in planning. Seriously, we feel so lucky and grateful about how much Blenheim does for you, we were able to enjoy ourselves without stress leading up to the day and stay in the moment the day of. We received so many compliments about how our wedding was one of the best folks have ever been to, and we owe that in large part to the Blenheim team and venue! We live in California and selected Blenheim without ever having visited the farm - it was actually quite an easy decision and the pictures don't even begin to describe how beautiful the property is. It did help that my parents visited in the winter and were greeted warmly by Chef Paul, and that my wife's parents visited Min and Morton in their restaurant in NYC and hit it off. Everything about the Blenheim owners, staff, food, experience, logistics, property, farmhouse was first class and supremely professional, but also fun. The food tasting was such a special time leading up to the event and so much fun, and Min's and Chef's flexibility to accommodate some of our dietary preferences was very much appreciated. I even got to swap in sherry in my "his" cocktail! :) The food was top notch, there is no need for much additional decoration as the barn and property are stunning themselves, the farmhouse is a great place for the families to stay (we stayed there and also hosted a workout of about 50 of our guests the morning of the wedding by the lake!), and the animals added to the atmosphere we were hoping for. I would also say to get the add-ons as they are very reasonably priced and thoughtfully curated - we added a bunch of those special touches to our day like the bonfire and lawn games. Special thanks to Carol and Laura for all of the planning help, Danyelle and Fredrik who were rockstar captains for us the night before and day of, and to Min and Morton for creating such a special setting and team, providing world class hospitality, and being such hands on proprietors ensuring satisfaction at every step of the way. If there is a date at Blenheim open, you should snag it ASAP!

Seven ponds was an absolute dream for our wedding. The location itself is breathtaking and gorgeous. To The mountains, the ponds, the farm animals to the tasteful decorations, us and our guests were blown away by the beauty of this venue. Beyond being beautiful, the team at seven ponds farm were incredible. The team is really there for you the whole weekend and to help ensure your wedding is a success. We had several older guests in need of help, and they were driven by a golf cart around the venue which was extremely helpful. The food and drinks were amazing, our guests are still raving about the food. And Maria, was amazing. Our wedding was amazing, and our vision came true, and we couldn’t have done it without the support and help from the team here at seven ponds. We highly recommend this venue and are so thankful to the team there.

Fortune Valley Manor is one of a kind!! This place is an absolute dream wedding venue. Once we saw the property for the first time, we knew no other venue would compare. If you’re looking for a rustic yet still elegant indoor/outdoor space, we highly recommend this venue. The owners Kerri & Frank are the most genuine, kind people out there. They go above and beyond to give their couples everything and anything they want for their special day. We were not familiar with the area and Kerri helped us so much by connecting us to local vendors, and every vendor we chose went above and beyond for us as well. We could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else! Before we met Kerri, we thought we could plan a wedding on our own. We were so wrong. Frequent meetings with Kerri kept us on track and were essential for planning purposes. Kerri and Frank did everything to make the wedding day run as smoothly as possible, from planning to set up to keeping our timeline. We loved having all the events at the same location from ceremony to reception to after party. Chef Charlie and the catering was fantastic, a month after our wedding and our guests are still talking about it. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and we owe it all to Fortune Valley Manor.

6/4/21 was the best day of our lives and Union Station, Neil, and his amazing staff, all Played a huge role in that. My husband and I started the planning process back in 2019, our original plan was 10/2020 150 person wedding. Due to Covid we pivoted to a 20 person micro-wedding. I was blown away by how Union Station helped me along the way. Neil’s professionalism and communication was perfect. He made the absolute best out of covid. We chose Union Station for its charm, and location, I wanted a beautiful indoor setting, (the option for outdoor photos in the neighborhood are endless). But looking back I feel very fortunate that the venue had such a great team. The food was delicious and the presentation looked fantastic. My guests loved our bartender and the great drinks she made. We picked a dj that played acoustic guitar and the acoustics of the venue are perfect! Another bonus you can walk to the venue from the hotel and the town is so cute and fun our guests had lot of fun in the local bars and restaurants!!

The prior owners nurtured the Diner and its customers for nearly 30 years. Current owner, Mike Cioffi, continues that tradition by offering residents, weekenders and visitors fresh food sourced from Catskills and Hudson Valley farms when available. Our menu is carefully crafted to offer traditional diner favorites, sometimes with a modern twist, using seasonal and local fresh ingredients. Events at the Phoenicia Diner are always memorable and special.

Phoenicia Diner went above and beyond when communicating with my wife and I about options, and assisted us through the entire process. It was more difficult getting my suit tailored than arranging to have our wedding here. The food was outstanding and all our guests loved it, and they even made great NA beverages because my wife and I don’t drink (they ended up being the most purchased drink at the bar, actually). Aside from how good everything there was, the price is so reasonable when you consider you’re getting married in one of the most popular places in the Catskills with awards and nods from huge publications like NYT. It was so special to get married in the diner, and I would pick it all over again if I had to. I’ve been to a number of weddings at fancy places with bad food and atmosphere with nothing special about it. The diner was the opposite of that- excellent food, really fun atmosphere, and incredibly special.

Our vision for our wedding was for all our favorite people having a night out at a bar and the 76 house more than delivered! We loved the historical aspect of the restaurant and they even had little pamphlets our guests could take that shared the history of the venue. This is a bit of an untraditional wedding venue (as it is a restaurant) but that didn’t stop anyone from dancing and having a great time. From the moment we started working with Elisa (our “wedding planner” aka the woman who runs the show) she was detail oriented while willing to work with us throughout the whole process. Whether it was from payment, table arrangements, food, getting the vendors set up, etc. anything we needed, she helped. The food tasting she set up for us was amazing allowing us to try various options for the dinner. We are both laid back people so we let the chef go with any appetizers he wanted. You are able to request anything you want and they will likely be able to do it for you. The chef did not disappoint, ALL of the apps were incredible. We had one guest mention he ate 20 meatballs they were so good. There was chicken, steak skewers, lamb chops, meatballs, hummus/veggie spread (that wasn’t even all that was served). We had eaten at the restaurant a few times so we knew the food was good. However, having to serve 120 people and still make it delicious is tough but they did it well (we went with the chateaubriand, amish chicken, mahi mahi, and vegetable risotto). We requested no pork or nuts for the whole wedding. We had a wedding cake through a bakery they recommended and they also put plates of small desserts out on the tables. Aside from the food, the service was amazing. All the waiters and waitresses were attentive and extremely professional. For us, we constantly had our champagne filled and asked whether we needed something. They were on top of water refills, drink requests, clean up, etc. We really appreciated the service given to us and our guests. We heard so many times during cocktail hour that every time someone turned around they had a food option. While we did not have to go up to the bar, our guests said the bartenders were awesome, quick, and generous! Elisa worked great with our other vendors as well, making sure they had everything they needed and that things were kept on schedule (food, dances, cake, etc). We had a completely stress free evening which allowed us to have the time of our lives. She ensured that our tables were set with the centerpieces, the florals were set up, and she created a menu for us (which is great to have something taken off our plate). Elisa also, set up our various signs and ensured everything was where we had discussed. We were able to drop everything off ahead of time and not have anything to worry about the day of. Our biggest concern going to this venue was the fact that the front room was partially separated from the rest of the restaurant. We decided to sit people there who we knew would be a bit rowdier and on the dance floor so it wasn’t an issue for us at all. It did get pretty toasty in there but we were dancing the whole time and it’s an older building. The air tried its best and while sitting for dinner it was more than comfortable! We are a crazy group so I’m not surprised we were sweating lol. This was the best day and a HUGE part of that is thanks to Elisa and her whole team at the 76 house. Food, service, people are TOP NOTCH. We could go on and on but ran out of space :)

There's too much to say about the Stagecoach Inn. First off, Faith Ferguson and her staff know how to host a beautiful wedding. Faith herself was very professional and fun to work with leading up to the wedding day. She used some of our ideas for the theme/colors and suggested beautiful decor that fit our vision perfectly. And for the day of the wedding, we got a lot of comments from our guests about how this was one of the most beautiful weddings they have been to. Secondly, the venue itself is different than a typical wedding venue. The Stagecoach is a historic building that Faith and her husband Ron renovated beautifully. We stayed in the Margo room upstairs while our close family members stayed in the other rooms for the night before & after the wedding. This gave us a sense that the house was temporarily ours for the couple days...it added a special feeling to the whole weekend. If you're thinking of having a small to medium sized wedding around this area, this should be on the top of your list! Thank you again Faith and Ron for a beautiful wedding that made both of us beyond happy. We can't wait to come back for dinner or to spend a night.
