The Lot & Lounge

The LOT is an scenic outdoor area with a covered dining area, extended picnic table area, an Airstream, and pergola.

For smaller groups, the Airstream can act as a food truck and your guests can order from your selected menu. For larger parties, we can serve beverages out of the truck, desserts, or hand out gift bags. Part of the fun of the space is the how versatile the use of the Airstream are pergola are. The LOT also provides the perfect atmosphere for live music and dancing.

    We hosted our welcome party the night before our wedding at Phoenicia Diner and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The staff made the planning process easy, and they were very willing to accommodate dietary restrictions. The food and ambience the night of the party were just what we wanted. We loved having our personalized cocktails served out of the airstream. Thanks Phoenicia Diner for helping us kick off our wedding weekend well!

    We could not be more thrilled with our choice of the Phoenicia Diner for our wedding. We frequent the diner after hikes or skiing so it was nice to have a place so special to us to share with our friends and family on this special day. Courtney and the team at the diner were so easy to work with - planning the menu, seating, music, and more. The regular diner food is amazing, but the event catering was unbelievable - our guests are still talking about it. Our wedding was around 100 guests and fit perfectly for dinner inside the diner and dancing outside. We couldn’t thank Courtney and the team more for taking such great care of us!

    Phoenicia Diner went above and beyond when communicating with my wife and I about options, and assisted us through the entire process. It was more difficult getting my suit tailored than arranging to have our wedding here. The food was outstanding and all our guests loved it, and they even made great NA beverages because my wife and I don’t drink (they ended up being the most purchased drink at the bar, actually). Aside from how good everything there was, the price is so reasonable when you consider you’re getting married in one of the most popular places in the Catskills with awards and nods from huge publications like NYT. It was so special to get married in the diner, and I would pick it all over again if I had to. I’ve been to a number of weddings at fancy places with bad food and atmosphere with nothing special about it. The diner was the opposite of that- excellent food, really fun atmosphere, and incredibly special.
